Keymasterit would get you in the right direction as you’re lowering inflammation however autoimmune disease takes much longer and more intense immune modulation to reverse it including heavy metal detox, cardiovascular drainage, gallbladder drainage and more.

KeymasterHey priscilla,
Yes all skin issues are similar in their approach. *ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE SUPPLEMENTING/FOLLOWING ADVICE*
You SHOULD address gut dysbiosis with a pathogen cleanse. You SHOULD address drainage therapy 9with BTD protocols shared under resources and birch sap). You NEED to do immune modulation 9discussed on this platform). You SHOULD be 100% avoiding all nightshades, gluten, dairy, coffee, sugar (all forms including dates/sweet fruit//natural sweeteners) and maybe even eggs, peanut butter and citrus and mushrooms and yeast and EVEN foods you know you are sensitive to above and beyond this list. once you have fully cleared the skin and lowered inflammation significantly, you can start reintroducing.
you want to stay hydrated, manage stress, exercise, utilize saunas/castor oil packs and get optimal sleep. You will need to be rigorous for a while until you have fully cleared out the gut, liver, kidneys etc then you an get more leniant.

KeymasterHey Linda,
SO i can’t give SPECIFIC recommendations/protocol if you’re not a client however here are some things you may want to look in (always check with your doctor before supplementing/following advice):
1. Start shutting down histamine feedback loop with things like high dose liposomal glutathione and Perilla extract (Pure Encapsulations th2 Modulator)
2. Incorporate drainage therapy (BTD protocol under resources)
3. Consider systemic enzymes – Wobenzyme or Pure Encapsulations
4. Binder such as chlorella or chlorophyll
5. Castor Oil packs
there is more to it but this may be a good starting point to consider!

KeymasterHey!
I cant give specific recommendations without being his practitioner and especially without knowing his full health history however below are some things you can try WITH the approval of his doctor:
1. Liposomal glutathione -50-80mg depending on his weight
2. Astragalus – can do tea form or mix the pwoder in apple sauce
3. Probiotics – 50 billion cfu
4. Echinacea tea
I usually offer coconut water when sick and broths (veggie and chicken) – i dont usually do much solids except smoothie with a spoon or apple sauce as they dont usually feel like eating much.
Depending on the pathogen, yes it is normal for things to continue to get worse. Often when tylenol is given it weakens the immune system response so the body ahs a harder time fighting the virus/bacteria. not saying that to make you feel bad for giving tylenol as I too will sometimes give it if ear ache pain is severe etc and every parent is just doing the best they can! Just mentioning it so you’re aware that that can happen 🙂
Ginger, reishi are fantastic!
Throat coat tea can be done once or a twice a day 🙂
Hope this helps and hope your little man gets better ASAP! keep me posted and let me know if you have more questions!

KeymasterYES they are very different. Collagen is one of the components in gelatin. Gelatin is “healthier” in my opinion as it gels up and coats the gut lining. it is less histamine forming than collagen too! I like Organika, further food or Great Lakes Gelatin as they are grassfed.

KeymasterHey Rebecca,
Welcome! I am so happy to have you hear! Yes it is very common to flare during pregnancy as pregnancy hormones promote Th2 dominance which drives you to flare!
To answer your question, YES! All homeopathics are safe to take during pregnancy 🙂 I think the drainage is a great idea to help detoxify a bit! that being said, flaky scalp is 99.999999% of the time also related to fungal overgrowth. Stool tests are INACCURATE most the time as you can get false negatives because of biofilms (read my biofilm posts on the blog for more info). I’d consider doing some pathogen cleansing alongside the drainage and then once you get pregnant just continue with the drainage until its done. After you complete the 8 weeks on the 1, 20 and 243 and I have another 8 weeks of drainage (under the VIDEOS tab) with more UNDA #s 🙂 I love how much you’ve been doing for your health and glad all your lab markers are looking good. KEEP IT UP!
Take care!

KeymasterHey!
One of the potential consequences of chronic cortisol elevation is an increase in amyloid beta formation that is associated with Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
Amyloid beta formation is upregulated by cortisol. Puccio, et al (PLoS One, 2011) describes high circulating glucocorticoid levels as a characteristic of Alzheimer’s Disease. They go on to describe their finding that inhibition of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) prevents the glucocorticoids from upregulating amyloid beta.
The implication is that, in patients with chronic stress, for whom chronic elevation of cortisol is a likelihood, it might be important to employ a 5-LOX inhibitor. Boswellia is a known 5-LOX inhibitor. The two papers (Molecular Neurobiology, 2018 and Seminars in Cancer Biology, 2022) are two of the main papers discussing Boswellia’s inhibitory effect on 5-LOX.
The functional medicine approach to AD prevention goes beyond using Boswellia to inhibit cortisol-mediated upregulation of amyloid beta production. Still, Boswellia is well worth considering, especially for patients with cortisol elevation from chronic stress, particularly those with family history of AD or other case components suggesting higher risk, like chronic CNS inflammatory activation.

KeymasterHello,
This isn’t my area of expertise so i would recommend seeking out a professional in this area. Usually this type of scarring occurs from too much collagen in the body (overproduction). Be sure you’re not supplementing with collagen, bone broth or gelatin. UV light therapy and laser treatments can be used on the scars to break them down. I have heard about people taking very high dose (10,000+mg) vitamin C to break down collagen although I am not sure if this actually works/is safe to do longterm so you would need to talk to your doctor about it.
I also know that caffeiene inhibits the enzyme called ‘prolidase’ that plays a role in collagen synthesis so perhaps having some caffeiene daily (matcha) might help too? these are al speculations but I know one of the main therapies for these scarring is the laser treatment/UV therapy which may be worth looking into!

Keymasterunfortunately i dont have an answer to this questions sorry! I havent looked into hair dyes at all yet… i will need to one day when I start getting greys. I am only aware of henna for it.
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasteryes you usually can do it once or twice a day

Keymasterslippery elm, marshmallow root, ground flax, hemp, aloe leaf, gelatin. However you also need to remove the pathogens there that are causing inflammation with a good candida and parasite cleanse (needs to be done a couple times a year). YOu also need to remove toxins there as well with chlorophyll, activated charcoal, etc.

KeymasterYou’re welcome! God bless!

KeymasterUsually 2-4x/week is what I recommend. You do it for 30 minutes each session. After doing it frequently for a month, you can do it a couple times a month going forward 🙂
