KeymasterHey Priscilla,
Tinea V is fungal infection on the skin. Whenever the infection reaches the skin, it means you have systemic overgrowth. Systemic overgrowth is when the pathogens form the gut enter the bloodstream and spread throughout the body. SO the overgrowth is quite progressed typically.
A candida and parasite type of cleanse is definitely needed in this situation. I have videos under the VIDEOS tab explaining how to do a candida cleanse. I would also be recommending biotherapeutic drainage. I have a guide under RESOURCES telling you which supplements to use for that.
Limiting all sugars/starches is essential as well with the exception of high fiber carbs such as squash, buckwheat, and so on.
Let me know fi you have further questions. I will try and make a video or blog post on this topic ASAP π

Keymasteryes you cannot take charcoal near any medications/supplements/foods. Take it at the opposite time of day that you take your meds.

Keymasterthere isn’t anything you can take directly for this. You need to reduce colon inflammation, reduce histamine, heal the gut and more to reverse the side effects. I would do what I mentioned in the previous posts and stay consistent. You cant speed anything up unfortunately… just eat clean and take the supplements and leave the rest up to your body π

KeymasterYes it can ben helpful, as are enemas however it doesnt do liver cleansing. For the liver if you cant get homeopathics you typically want to try castor oil packs, glutathione, curcumin, DIM, birch sap/extract, juniper berry tea (simmered for a 30minutes) and lemon, apple cider vinegar.

KeymasterYes i believe you may get many beenfits form doing it. give it a try!

Keymasteryes you can do curcumin on your period and it can actually help prevent gallstones from forming!

KeymasterIt would be through UPS or DHL so yes quite expensive.
For drainage I can only recommend the birch as the other homeopathics that we use only are available in the Canada/US. You can try astragalus but it doesnt work like perilla.
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterIt is called birch sap or you can try and find the leaf extract (betula alba leaf extract). if you cant find a supplement called birch sap then you probably dont have access to it there. You want something like this: https://puremarket.ca/products/superdiet-birch-20-ampoules?_pos=1&_sid=7379c98ac&_ss=r

KeymasterI would say your best bet would be valerian root, Magnesium glycinate or lemon balm, although these may make you a bit sleepy.
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterThe oil is different than the extract as the extract are the compounds extracted from the oil. That being said, the perilla seed oil is healthy so may benefit you, although itΒ wont have the same effects as perilla extract supplement.
If you would like, I can put a package togteher of any supplements you would like here form Canada and ship them to you. The shipping is quite expensive internaitonally however if you are OK with the shipping fee, I dont mind sending you stuff. Let me know π

Keymasterit could be POTS, yes. Either way your symptoms are al pointing to major sluggishness with your circulation so doing things to improve that can help (movement, ginger, rebounding, warming foods)
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterPerilla is typically yellow as you want the extract

Keymasterhmmmmm interesting. if it is social anxiety then the symptoms make sense. if you dont have social anxiety but are flushing, it is inflammation. Either way, flushing to that extent has an inflammatory root because anxiety elevates inflammation which is why you may experience those symptoms when you have anxiety in public. Stress also makes the heart beat faster pushing more blood through veins and arteries so can cause flushing.

KeymasterPOTENTIALLY. not 100%. I find liposomal is your safest bet. Rosehip tea would be a great way to go
