Will activated charcoal bind with antidepressant medication – Lexapro even when taken hours apart? I take charcoal a few times a month tho, especially after quitting dairy and experiencing a die-off reaction from candida/ fungus.

yes you cannot take charcoal near any medications/supplements/foods. Take it at the opposite time of day that you take your meds.
