Hello! The thing with burning mouth syndrome is that there can be SO MANY causes of it and it would be impossible for me to know what those are without running tests.

A few things to consider/do are:

    1. I would test for h. pylori – could be silent reflux from hypochlorhydria.
    2. I would look also into Mast cell activation syndrome, causing elevation of substance P, causing pain.
    3. Could be connected to perimenopause and sugar. Sometimes just avoiding sugar causes your mouth to not burn!
    4. Check for Lyme disease as this could be a rare symptom but noted in this publication: https://WWW.RESEARCHPOSTERS.COM/POSTERS/AAOHNSF/AAO2010/SP151.PDF
    5. get an allergy and food sensitivity test done (UgE, IgG, IgA ELISA test).

And figuring out the root cause is not easy, so set accurate expectations for yourself and be precise in your compliance, as it may take a while to sort out.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello!

In my practice, a combination of calcium and essential fatty acids have had an excellent outcome. I have suggested this for farmers and people working outdoors and they are not fatigued after being in the sun all day. Sunburn uses up fatty acids. I also suggest drinking and eating plenty of antioxidants as well such acai juice, goji berries, etc.

    Hello!

I would say if possible try seeing if you can get 1 month spacing between vaccines rather then getting them all at once or a week apart. Try taking curcumin and GSH glutathione before and after each vaccination. This will help to calm current inflammation you might have and then calm inflammation post vaccine. The goal would be to get to a neutral inflammation baseline before and after vaccinations. You could try using porphyrazyme to capture as much of the adjuvant from the vaccine as possible while it’s still in circulation.

Porphyrins have the ability to bind divalent metal ions due to the nitrogen atoms of the tetrapyrrole nucleus. The central ion in chlorophyll is magnesium, which is freed from chlorophyll under acidic conditions, permitting other metals to bind in its place. Toxic metals, such as mercury, lead and arsenic, are complexed first. Then excess amounts of other divalent metals, such as calcium, can be complexed by porphyrins. By increasing the porphyrin content, the heavy metal binding capability is also increased, thus providing clinicians with a natural, effective β€œchelating” tool

There are many things you can do to improve the hormonal symptoms you are experiencing. You always want to get to the root cause and usually certain deficiencies are leading to imbalances within the female hormonal system.

Daily intake of phytoestrogens present in foods like legumes, broccoli, tomato, onions, bee pollen, peppers, most citrus fruits and vegetables, whole grains and sprouts will help balance the hormonal axis and smooth the transition period from perimenopause to menopause. Because steroid hormones are going up and down during this time, phytoestrogens have dual functions: they will inhibit the effect of hormonal surges and stimulate receptors when hormone levels dip.
    Other supporting tips:
    Bioflavanoids have an estrogenic effect
-Pomegranate seeds are very rich in estrones
    – Avoid coffee, tea, sugar, alcohol. etc
-Get adequate COMPLETE protein including some from vegetable sources
-Consume plenty of antioxidants to slow the aging process and maintain gonadal and adrenal cushion
-Take adrenal glandulars (I like TAD+ from Genestra)
    B complex, especially B5
    Tyrosine
    -Vitamin C
-Essential fatty acids which help balance prostaglandins and help prevent symptoms of flooding or flashing.
    -Maca
-Take care of your bones by exercising frequently as the lack of female hormones signals calcium to be pulled out from the bones and osteoporsis often develops as a result. Take Meno-gen to help with hot flashes and hormonal balancing. You want to take it for over a year (4 weeks on 2 weeks off) for best results. YOu also want to consider taking calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and K, and trace minerals.

Alternating flax seed oil and evening primrose oil can be used to help balance female reproductive hormones. Give flax seed oil from day 1 until day 14 (if you still have flow) to support estrogen production and evening primrose oil can be taken from day 15 to day 28 to support progesterone production. Once menstrual flow has ceased, the alternation can still be continued for several years. The complete menopausal transition for the body can last for five years following cessation of menses.

    Extra support/suggestions:
-Licorice and ginseng can be taken to strengthen the adrenal glands especially once you enter menopause.
-Vitex or chaste tree raise progesterone levels and help correct high estrogen-to-progesterone ratios.
Vaginal dryness: vitamin E taken orally and also inserted vaginally before bed (poke hole into capsule before inserting)
Moodiness: Vitamin B6 along with essential oils such as rose, geranium, bergamot, and clary sage.

For enzymes I like Genestra ichol plus and natural factors betaine hcl of needed. Yes the pills and liquid are the same πŸ™‚ charcoal is good but I would wait with that and focus on taking the homeopathics correctly.

Yes, you can do black current bud throughout both phases. Away from food means AT LEAST 15 mins before or after eating or drinking anything including brushing your teeth, etc. You want a clean and neutral mouth when taking homeopathics.

Unfortunately, I cannot make videos giving out protocols as every person is different and unique. If I don’t have your full history and intake forms signed, I cannot share that kind of information legally as I mentioned to you in a previous reply to your question. I gave you guidance on how to proceed with the 2 cleanses (liver and kidney and candida) in my reply on the other forum question. Just follow the guidelines in the cleanse book and you’ll do great. Homeopathics are very gentle and safe for everyone. I am unfortunately not accepting any more clients at this time.

Miriam, unfortunately, I am not able to create you a COMPLETE PROTOCOL and supplementation suggestions without knowing all your history, having you sign consent agreements, etc. The resources and eBooks I share are general guidelines to follow but above and beyond that, i cant really suggest anything else. GLYforte is a multivitamin so you can take it whenever you like but I always suggest checking with your practitioner before supplementing with any products.

For liver and kidney, you can follow the protocol under the resources tab of this website for 6-8 weeks, then move onto the candida cleanse eBook that you purchased from me which includes different liver drainage there.

    Hope this helps :)!

There is no phase 1 and 2 when you’re using homeopathics. They give you complete drainage thatbis balanced. The protocol i shared under resources is a just to get you started on drainage but usually I have people on drainage for up to a year or longer so you wont be “done” draining the liver after 6-8week. Because of this, I recommend still doing something for your liver DURING the candida cleanse. I sell Pure response Multivitamin on puremarket.ca which is great and I also like GLYforte from Genestra which is a glandular multivitamin.
