    Hey!

acne is ALWAYS a gut issue. If your gut is stong and balanced you won’t have acne. Hormonal imbalances will worsen it because gut inflammation worsens hormone imbalance. A gut detox and pathogen cleanse is a must for acne. Liquid chlorophyll as well. Hotmones will regulate mroe when your gut is happy.

    Hey!

IBS and IBD are addressed very similarly. This article may help: https://holisticspring.org/2020/08/20/irritable-bowel-syndrome-understanding-how-it-works/

As far as IBS is concerned, you NEED to do a pathogen cleanse, do low carb and low sugar diet, eat soft and warming foods rather than lots of raw and cold foods. Consume plenty of glutamine rich foods such as gelatin and broth, and antiinflammatory aloe and slippery elm tea/herb.

Transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation is 100% necessary too but of course chekc with your doctor before doing it or taking any supplements.

    Hello,

Aloe, slippery elm, marshmallow root, gelatin to soothe gut and make BMs easier to pass. then you want to increase soluble fiber, drink tonnes of water and herbal teas. I also recommend magensium glycinate, sitz baths, and cocnut oil in and around the anus.

    hope that helps!

Hey Cynthia, sorry iw asnt notified of your reply!!

I love DAO enzyme if you have high histamine, it really works well!

Have you looked for pure birch sap on its own? That is a replacement, although depurasap really is the best.

    Hello,

#1, split up supplements throughout the day so you’re only taking a couple at a time.

#2.  you MUST stay hydrated – at least 120-12 glasses water daily

#3. try including more soluble fiber if you arent already – flax and chia

#4 – I cant give specific skin recommendations without doing protocol with you however, focus on eating very strongly antiinflamamtory and cut out histamine driving foods 9cocoa, caffeine, nightshades, tomatoes, eggs, potatoes, citrus, yeast, fermented foods, etc).

I do not recommend MSM typically unless there is a specific reason. are you taking every single suppplement on the protocol or did you make swaps?

    Hello,

so sorry i missed your question! Thank you for reposting.

Unfortunately, homeopathics do not come in capsule form. they need the glycerin and/or alcohol to make the homeopathic reach the cells.  With the black currant bud, you are only doing 10 drops and majority of that is the remedy with the water so you’re getting VERY VERY tiny ammount of glycerin. Instead of doing juniperus communis, you can tyr doing herbal gem depurasap which is birch sap to help purify. If you cannot do black currant bud, you can just omit it 🙂

    Hey!

Yes, Hemmorhoids are caused by liver and colon congestion (aka portal congestion). You want to do the following:

    • UNDA #1, 20, 74
    • Pure Encapsulations GI fortify poiwder or something similar for motility
    • Drink at least 10 glasses water daily
    • Genestra HMF Intensive 500 probiotic or something similar
    • NAC and silymarin blend (geestra liv complex is nice)
    • slippery elm tea

This is just a start. The goal is to improve BM function and open the liver (and kidneys) for drinaage so there is less congestion. I would recommend castor oil on the hemmorhoid too.

Always check with your doctor before supplementing.
