    Hello!

Yes it is CRUCIAL to cleanse the liver and kidneys BEFORE and DURING a candida cleanse for a safe and effective detox πŸ™‚

The homeopathics are 100% safe and guaranteed to be side effect free. That’s why I love homeopathics… they are so safe and gentle but incredibly effective. For the liver, I always suggest also doing digestive enzymes, probiotics and chlorophyll as well which you can do both during the liver phase and candida phase. If you have severe overgrowth, I would suggest beginning this cleanse and then 2 weeks later join in with candida supplements. If your overgrowth is a bit more mild, you can start antifungals at the same time as the homeopathics.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello!

it depends on what youre trying to use them for. i personally like going with just the castor oil however if you want increased detoxification/anti-inflammatory support, I suggest frankincense. if you’re using castor oils packs for sprains/joint pain etc, helichrysum oil is INCREDIBLE for that. If youre doing it for stretch marks, I like using rosehip/rosemary and if you’re doing it for regular relaxation try using lavender (be careful lavender can be a bit irritating).

Let me know if you have further questions!

Shivi have you had a chance to check out my 5G resource yet? There are a few tips that you can do there πŸ™‚ I am definitely extremely worried about it and they said it should be rolling out throughout Canada within 6-12 months! Its very bad news for anyone with autoimmune conditions.

I can definitely make a video on that but it wouldnt really be a candida cleanse but more of some natural foods/herbs you can add into their diet to support healthy digestive function. There are a lot of legality issues around making suggestions for children without working with them 1 on 1 directly unfortunately πŸ™

Black current bud behaves differently than Quercetin so i would do both if youre having seasonal allergies. Follow the bottle dosage of glutathione as well πŸ™‚

I usually do 4 weeks on 2 weeks off as needed for black current bud.

Seasonal allergies are triggered by having antibody production within the epithelial lining of the lungs due to cytokine influx. Things that trigger these cytokines to be produced are usually pathogenic imbalance (fungal overgrowth within the lungs) within the respiratory. Having pathogens within the lungs trigger th2 immune cells to be secreted which leads to chronic inflammation. So anything “foreign” that enters the lungs such as pollen would come in contact with those cytokines and histamine would be produced. You want to take antiinflamamtories such as quercetin, glutathione (amazing for the lungs), medicinal mushrooms and do a good candida cleanse! As you improve fungal opvergrowth, your Th2 cells should slowly increase to bring back balance within the respiratory system.
Let me know if you have any other questions ! πŸ™‚

in reply to: Joint pain with cleanse #489

    Hello!

Actually, when you have joint pain, you tend to be a bit more Th1 dominant. When you kill off parasites, you signal more TH1 immjne cells to be produced triggering a bit more dominance and therefore joint pain.

Check out this link to learn about Th1 and Th2 dominance in the body: https://holisticspring.com/index.php/th1-and-th2-immune-imbalance-in-relation-to-autoimmune-disease/

The other cause of joint pain during a cleanse is that you dont have enough liver support so as parasites die off, they release toxins and heavy metals into the blood. If your liver and kidneys cant eliminate those toxins, they will be deposited into tissues. If your body leaves those toxins in the blood, they can pass through your vital organs (heart) and cause damage so your body redeposits them into tissues to get them out of the blood. Heavy metals released from parasites usually get deposited into joints, hence joint pain. This surge of toxins without anywhere to go causes inflammation and more pain. I always suggest doing liver drainage WHILE on a cleanse. You can find my suggested liver and kidney drainage protocol under the RESOURCES TAB.

    HOPE THIS HELPS πŸ™‚

    Hello Hasina,
You could use the Labcorp Sars-CoV-2 IgG test, but this test only really works accurately from what I heard if it is done at least three weeks after the first symptoms and at least three days past having any fever AND has a downward deflection in respiratory symptoms.

    Hello!

Please don’t worry about the questions, it is what I am here for !
Eczema cases are often tough. There is often mold exposure, both food and seasonal allergies, etc. Typically there is significant Th2 dominance in those with eczema also. When the person is Th2 dominant, the Th1 response will be diminished. When the Th1 response is diminished, viral and bacterial burdens will be increased. Down-regulating the Th2 dominance ( using perilla seed extract, astragalus, NAC, quercetin) will be essential. Increasing Th1 response (using combinations of berberine, baicalin, sulforaphane, ginger, etc.) will also be essential.

As far as testing goes, like I said there could be many triggers (mold, yeast, parasites, allergies, stress, pollution, etc). Before you even run tests, start by cutting out all gluten, dairy sugar, nightshades and yeast/peanut foods as well as legumes (lectins). If this does not resolve the issue, you might want to look at gluten cross reactors.

I would do IgE (ELISA tests are good) testing for timothy grass, bermuda grass, birch, ragweed, latex, and mugwort. For those that are abnormal, I would test the foods that are cross-reactors. You may need to avoid those foods. That will give you a window on whether there’s an environmental / food cross process driving up IgE.

You also want to address the gut. Mold exposure may change underlying T cell polarization in a way that requires attention (working with a practitioner and suing the supplements mentioned above to switch Tcell polarization).
