Yes everything takes time is keep avoiding dairy and give your body time on everything. Fungal infection in sinus stems from the gut do cleasring the gut of overgrowth is the key.

Pro-resolving mediators. You can learn about them in my podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/episode/53985965

Can you get birch sap? that can help the liver.

You may benefit form berberine but I cant advise whether or you should take it as I don’t want you have side effects from it so you would have to ask your doctor about it.

It could be from oxalate toxicity. If you have a lot of oxalates built up in the body you want to avoid ascorbic acid. You can try drinking hibiscus or rosehip tea for a more gentle introduciton.

It could be anxiety related. Do you have anxiety when in public?

Everything usually “looks good” as they cant do tests for this kind of stuff and when they can, they are looking for MAJOR issues before they are concerned. There aren’t any supplements I could recommend without doing a full protocol however diet is extremely important here. Lots of soluble fiber, lemon, apple cider vingegar, nettle tea, lean proteins, lots of dark greens, no sugar and minimize starchy carbs. Ginger can help improve circulation.

You could try glutathione, astragalus, perilla, curcumin as they may be more effective.

Green mucous usually means there is an infection. Have you been tested for a sinus infection? it could be low-grade.

Boswellia doesnt do much for inflammation on its own. Curcumin (higher dose), Pro resolving mediators and glutathione and may be better.

Vaping is definitely congesting your lung, liver and kidney emunctories (and probably mucous membranes too) which will weaken immunity and detoxification abilities. Id highly recommend eliminating or reducing that.

Unfortunately I do not work with people outside North America so can’t consult with you, although to figure out whats going on with your case I would need to do intake so I cant tell you exactly what is going on but typically there is almost always liver and kidney toxicity (and lung, etc), pathogens (pathogen cleansing isnt enough if there isn’t drainage support and biofilm support), immune imbalance, nutrient deficiences, cellular toxicity, acidity and much more going on to cause the symptoms that you have.

This sounds like a histamine issues where you may have mast cell activation. Essentially means you have very high inflammation. Perilla extract, glutathione, berberine and broccoli extract may help reduce histamine overtime but a pathogen cleanse and liver and kidney drainage would be highly recommended. Check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

    is there tingling/numbing or pain?

It sound like an arterial congestive issues (not enough blood flow) which is quite serious. Check with your doctor and see if they recommend any testing.

I love Evohemp CBD oil. STandard potency is good, just make sure you are getting organic (which is why i like Evhemp brand). Although I find Wobenzyme 240 plus or curcumin more effective for pain.

It is usually a sign that the kidneys are not functioning well (regulating your electrolytes) so kidney drainage would be very beneficial and decreasing potassium rich foods as well. Perhaps try birch sap each morning on an empty stomach and see if it helps? Also supplementing with magnesium glycinate and calcium MAY help too but always check with your doctor before supplementing.

Typically witch hazel topically, oregano oil ingested and coconut oil ingested and topically. HOwever with staph you should be getting to the ROOT of the recurrence which is usaully weakened Th1 immune response so potentially taking berberine, baicalin, NAC or GSH can help but check with your doctor. you also should do a pathogen cleanse an dliver cleanse.

Hey, magnesium CAN lower BP furtherĀ  however a lot of foods and supplements can lower BP and the benefits of magnesium are phenomenal so you most likely may still benefit. if you are to take it, check with your doctor first. Secondly, take them in the evening or before be when you are less active. thirdly do a lower dose. Also magnesium can help improve and strengthen the cardiovascular system which can overtime actually improve BP in the long run.

    hey!

so i a not sure if the pain is normal but typically sciatica pain can come from an overgrowth of bone is putting pressure on the nerve. Typically the best way to improve this would actually be chiropractic’s for realignment and liver and kidney drainage therapy to help excrete oxalate and uric acid build up which tends to hang around bones. You can try anti-inflammatory remedies but I feel your best bet would be curcumin rather than a homeopathic. I am not sure if it would work as well as the prescrobed medication but you could give it a shot and see but always check with your doctor first. To be honest I havent dealt a lot with sciatica and homeopathics as I usually recommend chiropractics or accupuncture which seems to help a lot.
