Hi Marla I have been having this problem for a couple of years now. I believe that you are the only that can help at this point that’s why I’m here. I will tell you what my problem is in a second and please let me know whether you can help me out here on this platform or if should I make an appointment with you for a consultation via Skype or something since I am from Australia.

I have green discharge from my nose left side only where my sinus is that gets activated when I ovulate and when I menstruate every month when it activates I get hot flashes too along with body aches lower and upper back pain as well as nose and lung mucus ( I vape btw and lung mucus is not green), especially in the mornings. From the body aches it self my breathing gets irregular makes me lightheaded or even panic attack (I do stiggle with anxiety ).

By the way, my lower and upper back pain get better as the day progresses they are really bad in the morning when I get up. I am taking Boswellia but doesn’t help. Basically, I always have the pain but when ovulation and menstruation is about to occur it really gets bad along with the nasal green discharge it use to be vaginal green discharge too but lately, it’s nasal only. Around those times it gets activated hardcore.

I’m on a low-carb and low-starch diet, no fruits since I have recurring staph mrsa infection taking only liquid stevia, dairy-free as well as gluten-free and wheat-free. I do eat very healthily It has been like that for a couple of years now no cheat days whatsoever. My RA test showed no RA going on. What is causing these aches/flare-ups I don’t know Viruses, Bacteria I don’t know … I really want to know what Is going on because it’s really frustrating, especially since I am a healthy eater and take a bunch of supplements with no positive results.

I take Boswellia, beta sito sterols, astragalus, NAC, chlorophyll, activated B vitamins, beef liver capsules, probiotics, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin D, and melatonin. I have done the candida and parasite cleanse a few times as well.

I obviously need help from you please tell me If I need special protocol from you so I can make an appointment with you or maybe I can get an answer here. As for food sensitivities, I don’t eat nuts or some fish as well as dairy because I have noticed some reactions from them. I have high histamine and I avoid some foods for that too chilli and avocado make me very itchy and take quercetin as well 2 times a day.

I’m hoping to resolve this issue very soon and truly believe you are the only one that can help. P.S. I can’t buy homeopathicts in Australia I can only get herbs. Thank you and God bless xx

Green mucous usually means there is an infection. Have you been tested for a sinus infection? it could be low-grade.

Boswellia doesnt do much for inflammation on its own. Curcumin (higher dose), Pro resolving mediators and glutathione and may be better.

Vaping is definitely congesting your lung, liver and kidney emunctories (and probably mucous membranes too) which will weaken immunity and detoxification abilities. Id highly recommend eliminating or reducing that.

Unfortunately I do not work with people outside North America so can’t consult with you, although to figure out whats going on with your case I would need to do intake so I cant tell you exactly what is going on but typically there is almost always liver and kidney toxicity (and lung, etc), pathogens (pathogen cleansing isnt enough if there isn’t drainage support and biofilm support), immune imbalance, nutrient deficiences, cellular toxicity, acidity and much more going on to cause the symptoms that you have.

I definitely have sinus (left side) actually I was told there is a cyst and inflammation when I did a CT scan and MRI few months back. I totally quit dairy 2 months ago and I can see improvement but it is not totally gone yet maybe it’s a matter of time ?? I am casein sensitive and was consuming it all my life glad I found out and stopped consuming dairy.

Doctors only offer antibiotics which I won’t be touching it much less taking it so yeah fungal infection in the sinus?? I spray sinuorega nasal spray in the morning and xlear in the evening it has helped a lot with it but is not completely gone yet, a matter of time perhaps?

I can only take herbs for liver support ( here and there) since that’s the only option where I live. What do you recommend for cellular toxicity and what is pre solving mediators, please?

I take digestive enzymes and betaine, and take electrolytes too also started matcha. I take chlorophyll as well. Curcumin gives me die-off reaction since recently quitting dairy so I have to be careful for a while until my body adjusts (will definitely take it tho)

Around ovulation and menstruation, I get flare up on my nose/cold sore as well not always but most of the time it’s a little flare but its stubborn, and it’s there will berberine help for that? As I said for my weak immune I take beta sito sterols, astragalus, boswellia zinc, activated b vitamins, beef liver capsules, probiotics, melatonin, D vitamin … its quite a lot lol should I add berberine, and does berberine lowers blood pressure I’m on the lower side?

Yes everything takes time is keep avoiding dairy and give your body time on everything. Fungal infection in sinus stems from the gut do cleasring the gut of overgrowth is the key.

Pro-resolving mediators. You can learn about them in my podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/episode/53985965

Can you get birch sap? that can help the liver.

You may benefit form berberine but I cant advise whether or you should take it as I don’t want you have side effects from it so you would have to ask your doctor about it.

It only comes up as a liquid when I try to find it online not as a capsule, there is also birch leaf as a tea but no idea whether is the correct one. Can you please make it more clear for me?

It is called birch sap or you can try and find the leaf extract (betula alba leaf extract). if you cant find a supplement called birch sap then you probably dont have access to it there. You want something like this: https://puremarket.ca/products/superdiet-birch-20-ampoules?_pos=1&_sid=7379c98ac&_ss=r
