ParticipantWhat does it mean to have white lines on the skin if I very gently scratch it with nails? I can write on my skin lol even after a very light scratch I do have white lines/marks for a few minutes after that. What does that mean? This has been happening all my life tho

KeymasterThis sounds like a histamine issues where you may have mast cell activation. Essentially means you have very high inflammation. Perilla extract, glutathione, berberine and broccoli extract may help reduce histamine overtime but a pathogen cleanse and liver and kidney drainage would be highly recommended. Check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

ParticipantI was thinking of getting berberine but my blood pressure is on the lower side usually so I was wondering whether it is safe to proceed with berberine does it interfere with the blood pressure?

KeymasterYou could try glutathione, astragalus, perilla, curcumin as they may be more effective.

ParticipantIs Perilla that one supplement that’s made from a green leaf similar looking to nettle leaf? If it is that would tea be okay because I can’t really find it on the usual websites as a supplement?

ParticipantThere is one that says Perilla Oil – a source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids, it contains perilla seed oil like alpha-linoleic, linoleic acid, and oleic acid. Is that the one ?

KeymasterThe oil is different than the extract as the extract are the compounds extracted from the oil. That being said, the perilla seed oil is healthy so may benefit you, although it wont have the same effects as perilla extract supplement.
If you would like, I can put a package togteher of any supplements you would like here form Canada and ship them to you. The shipping is quite expensive internaitonally however if you are OK with the shipping fee, I dont mind sending you stuff. Let me know 🙂

ParticipantIf its a regular Canada post I think I might do it but Fedex is way too expensive for me atm. Those products are definitely not available here in AU they are doing it on purpose like they did it to Barbara O`neil … Its very frustrating tho. Is there anything that I can find easier instead of Perilla and the Birch sap supplement, please?

KeymasterIt would be through UPS or DHL so yes quite expensive.
For drainage I can only recommend the birch as the other homeopathics that we use only are available in the Canada/US. You can try astragalus but it doesnt work like perilla.

ParticipantShould I do it every day, how often for how long would I use castor oil packs for liver cleanse, please?

KeymasterUsually 2-4x/week is what I recommend. You do it for 30 minutes each session. After doing it frequently for a month, you can do it a couple times a month going forward 🙂
