What supplement would you recommend to someone who has been dairy-sensitive and did not know about it for a long time and ended up with a lot of inflammation, especially scalp inflammation? I quit dairy 2 and a half months ago I’m noticing improvements but thought to speed up the healing process maybe I should take something or?

there isn’t anything you can take directly for this. You need to reduce colon inflammation, reduce histamine, heal the gut and more to reverse the side effects. I would do what I mentioned in the previous posts and stay consistent. You cant speed anything up unfortunately… just eat clean and take the supplements and leave the rest up to your body 🙂

slippery elm, marshmallow root, ground flax, hemp, aloe leaf, gelatin. However you also need to remove the pathogens there that are causing inflammation with a good candida and parasite cleanse (needs to be done a couple times a year). YOu also need to remove toxins there as well with chlorophyll, activated charcoal, etc.
