for testing, i dont have any recommendations right now. you would have to talk with his doctor as I do not have his health history. sorry! accupuncture may help but it doesn’t always! Its worth a shot however you would need to do multiple sessions before seeing potential change. I dont have any recommendtions for practitioners in the UK either sorry.

email me to book consult: health@holisticspring.com

for diet, again without knowing more about his health, focus on alklaine (lots of veggies), antiinflamamtory (minimize sugar, seed oils, processed foods and add in superfoods like ginger, garlic, gelatin, etc) and lots of grassfed protein!

If there are any remedies on puremarket.ca that you would like, you can email me to health@holisticspring.com with your address and I can ship them directly to you. I would send an invoice for the shipping fee.

Unfortunatrly there are not alternatives to the UNDA brand. The same recommendations above would apply however he would do 8 drops 2x/day of lobelia and 15 drops 2x/day of corylus avelanna. Usually with lungs issues i’d recommend NAC, magnesium glycinate and liposomal glutathione too. HOwever again, you would need to check with his doctor. these are generalized recommendations as i dont know his full health history.

Cracks is from pathogens s he would definitely need to do a candida cleanse! he also could benefit from more bvitamins through diet and perhaps a high quality multivitamin. Picky eaters tend to eat mroe carbs which feeds yeast and less veggies which leaves them more acidic and prone to cracks in skin driven by inflammation.

I have this kids candida cleanse which is less rigorous: https://holisticspring.com/product/candida-pathogen-cleanse-for-kids

    Take care

    Hey!

    here are some resources:

Pathogens in the mouth video: https://holisticspring.org/videos/#foogallery-294/i:4

Bad breath is from pathogens so this article can help: https://holisticspring.org/2023/03/29/10-ways-to-improve-oral-thrush/

Blog post about oral health: https://holisticspring.org/2023/11/21/what-your-tongue-is-telling-you-about-your-health/

Gingivitis is usually pathogens and vitamin c deficiency. I would recommend a vitamin C supplement (liposomal) and genestra Perid-gen to strengthen gums/teeth!

    Hey monika,

*check with his doctor before supplementing*

I am sorry to hear! it is so hard to know what it is without further testing. Could be inflammation in the lungs, congestion, toxicity, damage… it is hard to say.

If your son is between ages of 1 and 4 try the following:

I find UNDA Lobellia plex homeopathic (5 drops 2x/day sublingually with a bit of water – can give with a syringe or tsp – empty stomach) can be helpful for eliminating the lungs and UNDA Corylus avellana Gemmo to repair the lungs at 10 drops daily (take the same as above).

    Hey Rebecca,

*check with her doctor before supplementing*

Unda #s 2, 7, 243 are often great for the kidneys,  drops each 2x/day sublingually with a bit of water, empty stomach.

I also would clean the vaginal area externally with alcohol free witch hazel or add it to her baths.

have her sip on organic not from concentrate cranberry juice (1/4 cup per day)

    Aloe ver agel/juice daily

    Genestra HMF Forte probiotic

    Hello,

I am SO SORRY for the delay in replying, my software did not notify me of these questions! I apologize!

So there are SO MANy reasons for muscle tightness and body aches, often thyroid related. She could try mag phos tissue salt, chlorophyll, magnesium glycinate, and arnica for palliation however to recommend anything deeper, id need more context to find the root issues. She could try fish il and curcumin or boswellia as well! no coffee, drink 10 cups+ filtered water daily.

we do teeth brushing with hydroxyapetite toothpaste and essential oils. We avoid sugar and acidic foods and have a nutrient dense diet. I don’t personally take mine to the dentist until around 5 or 6 as they are usually terrified. Every child has different requirements so consult with your dentist!

Babys fontanelle not closing by 2 years of age could indicate thyroid issues brain inflammation or skeletal issues. There isn’t a “remedy” to close it unfortunately. If it is thyroid related, there is some work that could be done to potentially help. If it is brain inflammation, same thing. By lowering brain inflammation you can decrease excess fluid. Did the doctor give any info?
