Hello,
This isn’t my area of expertise so i would recommend seeking out a professional in this area. Usually this type of scarring occurs from too much collagen in the body (overproduction). Be sure you’re not supplementing with collagen, bone broth or gelatin. UV light therapy and laser treatments can be used on the scars to break them down. I have heard about people taking very high dose (10,000+mg) vitamin C to break down collagen although I am not sure if this actually works/is safe to do longterm so you would need to talk to your doctor about it.
I also know that caffeiene inhibits the enzyme called ‘prolidase’ that plays a role in collagen synthesis so perhaps having some caffeiene daily (matcha) might help too? these are al speculations but I know one of the main therapies for these scarring is the laser treatment/UV therapy which may be worth looking into!
