Boiron doesnt make drainage remedies that i am aware of. instead they do single remedies which has a different effect. Dr. Reckeweg has their own unique line perhaps you could access but i am not familiar withy their products. Chelidonium is a great liver remedy you can try from boiron but it doesnt do drainage.

most companies recommend approx 20mg per day for optimal results that being said you may need more or less. i recommend taking it until you’ve gotten the results you’re looking for.

    Hey,

to be honest I am not sure what the cause of hair reduction on the body would be. Normally if you notice MORE hair growth on the body it is due to elevated testosterone levels. perhaps there is estrogen deficiency ? Definitely interesting but i will have to look into this more.

unfortunately i am not aware of what homeopathics you have access to in switzerland. You can try searching for ‘liver detoxing homeopathics’ in your area and see if anything comes up. I am not sure with switzerland laws but you may only be able to get homeopathics through a homeopath in switzerland. They will not which brands to use for liver support.

Otherwise for a cleanse you could try dandelion root tea, grapefruit, beets, N-acetyl-cysteine, cruciferous veggies, milk thistle and lemon water.

I wasn’t saying you have Lyme or need to test for it, just that certain people can be very sensitive to certain supplements depending on how much toxicity or viral/pathogenic burden they have. I unfortunately dont have recommendations for Lyme testing as that is not my field.

Many people have mold toxicity to a certain degree since it is in a lot foods and our environment and most of us are damp and have yeast and other fungus already in our body that our body is favourable for it.

yes fungal cleanses will help with mold especially things like cove, caprylic acid, wormwood, etc.

i wouldnt recommend putting water on the mold as dampness is what allows it to thrive. instead get a dehumidifier running 24/7 in there and make sure there is circulation in there (fan/vent/window, etc). if you are to use tea tree, I would be cleaning it with starlight up tea tree

I would like to add that Lyme disease patients often experience the exact symptoms you discussed which is a detox reaction their body underwent when taking chlorella. it is EXTREMELY detoxifying for the cells and can cause a ‘herx’ reaction or detox reaction especially if mold is present in the body. FOr my clients that show there may be mold toxicity, i have them start with a TINY sprinkle of chlorella (equivalent to 1/16 tsp)  or even less on their food for the first few weeks and SLOWLY increase to taking more and then eventually on an empty stomach.

This could be the case for you, IF you have mold toxicity.

Oh no i am so sorry to hear you had that experience! Definitely is scarry! 🙁

Chlorophyll is gentler because it is just the green component of the chlorella however doesnt have the same binding effect. Chlorophyll often causes nausea/heartburn though depending on how much you take and when. Also some people who cant tolerate chlorella find spirulina is better for them but again, if you’re having such a strong reaction the chlorella, i would avoid all greens powders for now.

Certain people who have mold allergy/sensitivity can be allergic/sensitive to chlorella as well and have that type of reaction. that being said, the same thing could happen with any supplement. For example, people with sulfa or sulfur intolerance have that reaction to NAC or glutathione. Or people with elevated histamine can react that same way to ascorbic acid… so the supplement isn’t the issue, it is just that certain remedies are not right for certain individuals. Every natural remedy has the potential to cause negative symptoms if it is not right for THAT person. I always recommend working with a practitioner so that they can do a full assessment to determine any potentials present risk factors that would indicate the need to avoid certain substances. I always have my clients try a remedy and if they have a negative symptom, i suggest they decrease the dosage significantly. if the symptom persists, remove it entirely for a while and then reintroduce with a minute dose and observe… if the reactions comes back. stop the remedy completely.

i typically say yes it is safe because it is a “food” however always check with your doctor or practitioner. as far as amount goes, I usually stick to powder form and make a tea with it using 1 tsp powder to 2 cups water and simmering for 10 minutes then straining and drinking.

seed cycling can be done indefinitely but i usually recommend doing it until youve had regular and consistent low pain cycles for several months, then you can stop and see what happens.

    yes all herbs typically are.

Saw palmetto is great but usually something i recommend for men. For women, spearmint tea (2 cups per day), 30mg of zinc, licorice root, inositol, phytoestrogenic foods and cruciferous veggies are what i recommend to reduce testosterone/DHT conversion.

Phytoestrogens are great as well as incorporating them (flax for example) into seed cycling (I have a post under resources explaining how to seed cycle). YES seed cycling is ESPECIALLY GREAT for short cycles!

I love gemmotherapies and they work wonderfully!
