KeymasterYou would need to work with your doctor to ween off the medication. Unfortunately i cannot give instructions on how to do so as that is out of y scope of practice. If she wants to stop, the doctors will have to honour her wishes even if they dont like it. I unfortunatrly cannot say what I would do as i cannot influence you in any way when it comes to medications. Sorry i cnat be of more help!

KeymasterHey!
It sounds like you could use drainage and perhaps stronger/different antifungals? ALso remember that it can take over a year to clear stubborn areas so waiting is also necessary. Make sure youre completely avoiding nightshades, sugar/starchy carbs, gluten, dairy, sugar, peanuts, yeast, soy, corn and fermented foods and mushrooms. If youre avoiding them already and still not seeing results, you should get a food sensitivity panel done. For antifungals, I am not sure what you’re currently taking but if a black walnut/wormwood combo isnt working, try olive leaf and caprylic acid instead. For drainage, try doing saunas, drinking TONNES of lemon water, eating cruciferous veggies, etc to encourage toxin elimination.

Keymasterthe thyroid medication could have side effects so look into those. and she can try increasing vitex if it helped her before as she may have just gotten used to the dosage and needs a stronger one now. id also recommend maca and Schisandra berry!

KeymasterHey! trace minerals are amazing but i recommend using a brand that does not heavy metals. The pure encapsulations brand is great and then to get other elememts that it desnt contain, you could consume kelp or sea moss gel.

KeymasterHey!
For POTS, there is usually several things going on (blood sugar irregularity, liver and kidney congestion, mineral imbalances and very often, viruses such as EBV at the root) that have to do with circulation. I always recommend a liver and kidney drainage protocol combined with arterial drainage and major blood sugar stabilizing remedies. Diabetes is often at the center for triggering this too.

KeymasterHello,
I would recommend UNDA Anti-wart drops. It changes immune function so you donโt develop a wart (it removes viral strain as warts are a viral condition) or if you have a wart, it will help clear it.ย Anti-wart drops is specific for skin warts and is extremely effective with warts, skin eruptions, itchy skin from warts. It is highly effective in the way it works but it has to be given long enough to make the warts go away. Combine it with cheliderm cream (see below) The drops are taken orally and follow the box dosage/directions. Put the drops sublingually under the tongue (with a bit of water if needed) and hold for 30s before swallowing. Take them at least 15 mins before or after food, scents, flavours.
Cheliderm cream: supports healing of the skin around the wart as it contains Thuja which is a very anti-wart remedy. It starts working against the viral aspect of the wart (what is causing the wart). Put the cream on the bandaid so it is constantly on the wart, aside from taking a shower or washing hands. In the morning, take a bandaid and put a thin layer of cream on the padding part of the bandaid and then keep it on all day long. Before you go again at night repeat.

KeymasterI would get blood pressure checked regularly as changes in that could affect vision/floaters. chronic and longterm exposure to blue light (screens), eye straining, poor sleep, nutrient deficiencies (retinol, omega 3s, vitamin D) and low antioxidant status due to inflammation and vad diet are all triggers for vision loss/weakness over time.

Keymasterhello,
it mainly depends on the health of your body, your blood sugar levels, insulin resistance and pancreatic and liver function BEFORE pregnancy. if you have imbalances or predispositions in those areas prior to getting pregnant, it increases your risk of developing GD.
As far as prevention goes, the best thing to do to keep blood sugar levels stable during pregnancy is eating a whole foods diet rich in protein and healthy fats and veggies and limiting starchy carbs and avoiding sugars, refined and processed foods. Supplementally, you can take inositol and choline for blood sugar and liver support if you get the OK from your doc.
the glucose drink is a high dose of sugar and food colouring both of which are not healthy for mom or baby, in my opinion. i know some doctors/midwives will do fasting glucose monitoring instead if you choose to opt out of the glucose test.
I do not recommend KETO during pregnancy the high fat diet can put pressure on the liver and then will lead to nutrient deficiencies in baby. eating a balanced diet focused around whole foods (mainly protein, veggies and fat) and a good selection of healthy carbs such as buckwheat, quinoa, lentils grapefruit, berries, squash is the best way to go!
