    Hey Marla!

What are your thoughts on taking trace minerals? Particularly if the supplement also contains heavy metals? I found a supplement on Amazon that uses sea water off of Australia but notice it has silver, aluminum, etc along with copper, zinc, potassium, etc. That seems dangerous to me unless it responds differently in your body? I had a hair analysis done and have virtually no zirconium, manganese, lithium, or cobalt in my body and am very low on all other minerals. The only trace mineral supplement that has those minerals is this one from Australia. Thanks for your input! ❤️

Hey! trace minerals are amazing but i recommend using a brand that does not heavy metals. The pure encapsulations brand is great and then to get other elememts that it desnt contain, you could consume kelp or sea moss gel.

Thank you Marla! It seems that everywhere I search for sea moss gel, reviews say it’s not 100% free of heavy metals. Is there a specific brand you recommend? Thanks!! ❤️

yes there will usually be trace amounts just like there are in fish. I don’t have a brand to recommend sorry as i use a local company here from my farmers market.
