Hi Marla,
I’d like to detox my liver but unfortunately I don’t have access to the products you mention in your liver cleanse (I live in Switzerland and they cannot be delivered here). Can you suggest any other homeopathic products that I can find here in Europe? Maybe something generic?

unfortunately i am not aware of what homeopathics you have access to in switzerland. You can try searching for ‘liver detoxing homeopathics’ in your area and see if anything comes up. I am not sure with switzerland laws but you may only be able to get homeopathics through a homeopath in switzerland. They will not which brands to use for liver support.
Otherwise for a cleanse you could try dandelion root tea, grapefruit, beets, N-acetyl-cysteine, cruciferous veggies, milk thistle and lemon water.

Okay, thank you. I wanted to try homeopathics since you said it’s way stronger than herbs and food. Anything from Boron maybe?
Boiron doesnt make drainage remedies that i am aware of. instead they do single remedies which has a different effect. Dr. Reckeweg has their own unique line perhaps you could access but i am not familiar withy their products. Chelidonium is a great liver remedy you can try from boiron but it doesnt do drainage.
