you’re welcome! and i never make my clients go KETO or super low starch. you can have starches but they have to be the RIGHT ONES.ย  ALso, for weightloss, increase fat and protein consumption. It is harder to lose weight if you’re getting in the right amount of calories per day. often when people go low carb they eat more veggies to replace the carbs but veggies dont have calories. Instead do things like extra fats, proteins, squash, quinoa, millet, etc.

    Hello Giulia,

When you have shorter cycles, it usually indicates estrogen toxicity so doing things to remove excess xenoestrogens form the body is recommended. Birth control, as i am sure you know, greatly disrupts hormone production.

For hormones birth control, i recommend starting with the following (ALWAYS CHECK WITH UYOUR PRACTITIONER BEFORE BEGINNING):

For hair thinning, you want to determine what is the cause. it could be hormonal imbalance within the thyroid or female hormones, toxicity, chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies and many other causes.

The best way to go to remove toxins and hormones is biotherapeutic drainage. You can then also reduce chronic inflammation by doing a pathogen cleanse and then address nutrient deficiencies by taking a greens powder and remedies such as reishi to stabilize blood sugar.

Unfortunately we don’t have discounts for the hormone course anymore however we have reduced the price and it is currently on SALE! ๐Ÿ™‚ It will give you even more specific info for hormones and hair thinning as well. I dont recommend herbs such as fenugreek or any others for that matter because they are hard for the liver to process and when youve been on BC for so long already and have imbalances, the liver is already super overwhelmed and burdened so you dont want to put anymore strain on it. Homeopathics and nutritionals are the best as they are so gentle!

    • Consider taking DIM to help pull out estrogen and remove it via the liver

    Hello!

    Welcome to the platform!
First off for disclaimer, I can’t give “medical” or “protocol” advice if you are not a client and haveย  not signed our consent agreements, etc. That being said, will do my best to point you in the right direction.

First of all, you want to address the root causes of your autoimmune condition. Everyone has different root causes but there are a few that are usually constant for everyone and these are the following:

    • liver and kidney toxicity
    • hormonal toxicity (due to liver congestion)
    • Dysbiosis in the gut (this isn’t a root cause but is a major driver of inflammation and skin issues and pops up as a result of poor diet and stress and birth control, etc)
    • viral burden
    • Imbalanced immunity (we won’t know which way your immune system is tipped without doing assessments but typically with skin issues, it is often Th2 dominance at the core).
    • Potentially adrenal fatigue, elevated cortisol/poor cortisol receptor activity, insulin resistance, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid imbalance and so forth.

So you want to start addressing those root causes first and for a while until you start to see changed/improvements. I recommend doing the following after checking with your practitioner:

I would start here doing this sort of protocol (add the UNDA #s for BTD along with the pathogen cleanse and hormonal support) to get you started on rebalancing the body and removing toxicity, excess hormones, etc.

Along with this, following a very antiinflammatory diet that is very alkaline and low in starchy foods.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Feride,

Sorry for the issue you’re having! The account only closes if the credit card was declined on the renewal date in which case the account gets closed and you no longer have access (so you would have to create a new account). If that was not the case, it will continue to remain open so there is no need for a new account. I see that you currently have 2 accounts open. Which would you like us to cancel for you?

    OK.

Chlorophyll in chlorella could be causing symptoms (if the reaction is occurring shortly after) however it could be form the combination of other remedies you’re taking. Going to the bathroom more frequently is normal and even nausea when on an empty stomach because it is alkaline. But heart palpitations and hotness usually indicates a sensitivity of some sort. try cutting it out for 2 weeks and see what happens.

    Hey Feride,

Are you taking any other medications or supplements as well or just chlorella in the day?

Hey, yes most lip balms contain ingredients that arent the best for the lips! if youre having flaking/peeling lips it isย  gut issue that should be addressed. that being said, I use 100% pure lanolin on my lips or shae butter with some vitamin e oil in it ๐Ÿ™‚

she should avoid coffee, dairy, sugar (of all kinds including fruits and carbs/starch), alcohool, and highly acidic foods (such as pork).

For teas, moringa, dandelion root, and nettle may be helpful. The most important thing is to eat VERY alkaline (tonnes of dark green leafy veggie, lean proteins and wild caught fish, fiber etc).

Chlorella in smoothies could be a great addition to help alkalize as well.

Gout is usually triggered by the body being too acidic. This occurs by having a lot of sugar, smoking, not eating enough alkaline vegetables, etc. As the body becomes more acidic, the kidneys get burdened more. kidney drainage is definitely needed.

There aren’t a set of supplements to take for it. it would depend on the individual and would require a full uniquely created protocol. that being said, anyone who has gout would benefit from cutting out all sugars, bad cholesterol elevating fats, etc and instead switching their diet to one that is FULL of organic dark green leafy veggies, cruciferous veggies, wild caught fish, lean proteins, lots of soluble fiber and a SMALL amount of starch from sources such as quinoa or lentils or berries. Cutting out coffee, alcohol, smoking and sugars is ESSENTIAL to improve this condition. The biotherapeutic drainage on this platform is a good starting point for drainage.

    HI Monika,

unfortunately due to new laws with FDA and health Canada, we are not able to ship supplements outside of North America (this has been the case the past 3 years).

usually lip sores are triggered by herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV1). you would want to get blood work to confirm whether or not it is a cold sore caused by this virus and if so, you would need to do multiple protocols that involve deep immune support with:

    • immune modulators (upregulate Th1 immune cells)
    • antivirals (NAC, black walnut, clove)
    • Homeopathic drainage
    • medicinal mushrooms, etc

YOu can eradicate viruses from the body but the longer youve had them the longer it takes because they are hidden within cells and tissues so are more protected from our immune system.
