KeymasterYou want to take probiotics during the course and then very high dose after the course. you also want to do gut-repair and some liver support!
During the treatment I would suggest Genestra HMF Multi Strain 50 (take away form antibiotics) as well as the biotherapeutic drainage protocol.Â
After antibiotics course, increase to the Genestra HMF Intensive 500 and continue the drainage and add in Lglutamine. you can follow this for 8 weeks but check with your doctor or practitioner first before supplementing 🙂

Keymasteryou’re welcome!

KeymasterI should add: Any injection can carry staph from the skin, where it routinely resides, into systemic circulation. That could apply to vaccination and IVIg. A person I know had a flare of some bone-on-bone knee pain after an intense hike. He got a steroid injection and ended up with an intense staph infection in his knee joint, due to inadequate sterilization of the injection site. He required surgery to clean out the joint.
Also, you may want to consider using topical treatments for the infection itself if boils are present. Essential oils can work great! Here is a great PubMed piece on this (which I referred to when helping a friend recover from MRSA boils): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15555788/

KeymasterYes it is ABSOLUTELY contagious and can spread from person to person usually via skin contact!

KeymasterMethicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a staph infection that is difficult to treat because of antibiotic resistance. Staph infections caused by MRSA usually spread in hospitals, other healthcare facilities, and in the community where you live, work, and go to school. Unfortunately because of antibiotic resistance, it doesn’t response well to antibiotics. Read my latest blog post talking about this to get some tips. She needs to boost her immune system to hopefully naturally help fight this. Young Living Clove Essential oil, Pure Encapsulations Berberine Immune support as well as Gammadyn cu-au-ag and Pure Encapsulation’s Innate Immune Support (all on puremarket.ca) may be good places to start but she has to check with her doctor before taking anything because obviously she is not a client and i know nothing about her health history. these supplements are just general recommendations.

Keymasteryou can take vitex for menopause longer term and she can do between 15 and 35 mg daily most likely.
For bone pain, she would need to work on hormones to address the calcium loss from menopause as you lose your estrogen and progesterone. Consuming foods that are rich in nutrients (dark green leafy veg, cruciferous veg, eggs, organic soy beans, flax and chia seeds, wild caught salmon, sardines, etc) can help support hormones a bit more and help with calcium deposition. Genestra Meno-gen phytogen is great for menopause also.

KeymasterLow progesterone:
- Low libido.
- Hot flashes.
- Migraines or headaches.
- Depression, anxiety or other mood changes.
- Menstrual cycle irregularity or absence.
- Miscarriages
- Hair thinning/hair loss
- Difficulty losing weight
Wild yam (dioscorea) isn’t super effective for elevating progesterone. Evening primrose oil and seed cycling re much more effective. Changes in the cycle around the age of 40 are often a result of peri-menopause which you cannot stop however you can improve. I would highly recommend seed cycling (i have a guide under resources) for balancing hormones naturally.
Yes, you need sufficient estrogen AND progesterone for ovulation to occur.
Cysts in the breast indicates estrogen toxicity which means you would need to do liver detoxing and reduce toxic estrogen by supporting your livers detox pathways and methylation. I talk extensively on how to do this in my hormone course but the best would be to work directly with a practitioner to clear the toxicity safely.

Keymasterthe antifungals could help to clear it up!
Like i mentioned in the previous messages, I don’t recommend KETO diet for most people as it is very straining and congesting to the liver. When you have congestion in the liver, your circulation decreases reducing oxygenation to the scalp and hair follicles. If you have been experiencing hairloss since going keto, this is probably what is going on. Don’t overdo biotin as your liver can get burdened by that too and most likely biotin deficiency is not what is causing the hairloss here. I would get off the KETo diet and just eat lower carb (not as restrictive as keto) and then you will need to work on improving your circulation (ginger, panax ginseng) and your oxygenation (beef liver capsules for iron and ferrum phosphoricum tissue salt). I would recommend liver drainage/support too as it is most likely very overwhelmed.

Keymasterpinkish discharge usually isnt anything to be alarmed of. When you ovulate, there can sometimes be a teeny bit of blood from the egg release which will cause this or your body could be eliminating something or could be early stages of peri-menopause too!

KeymasterDr. Thom is incredible! I am so glad you’re able to work with him and that you’re seeing improvements with your son.
Thanks for the updates! 🙂

Keymasteri recommend taking it for a couple months then stopping and it shouldnt be needed again from there if you maintain a healthy diet with lots of fiber. Your body releases estrogen through bowel movements, so constipation can cause excess estrogen to be absorbed back into the bloodstream. Eat enough fiber to help you go (atleast 1 tbs of chia seeds and flax daily or psyllium husk, etc). Also you should be eating lots of cruciferous veggies to get DIM naturally through food. hope this helps 🙂

KeymasterHello!
Yes keeping hormones stable and estrogen balanced is the key! Postpartum hairloss only occurs when hormones are not balanced. We have very high levels of estrogen and progesterone during pregnancy (hence the luscious hair and pregnancy “glow”) but those levels plummet significantly after birth and the first few initial weeks postpartum. Keeping estrogen levels sufficient for a healthy milk supply and to prevent mood swings, depression, etc is the ley.
I suggest consuming lots of flax and chia seeds, eating plenty of cruciferous veggies, keeping starchy carbs and sugars to a minimum and then supplementing with liver capsules such as TLIP from Genestra. I also recommend doing all these postpartum as well but then adding in herbs to help support healthy estrogen levels such as moringa, lemon balm and chastetree berry (only take this if you have low estrogen). Lastly, supporting thyroid both during and after pregnancy is essential with ashwaghanda or Genestra Hpo-gen (only if thyroid is underactive).

Keymasterthis sounds like poor circulation triggered by congestion (plague/cholesterol) built up in the circulatory system from bad fats and glucose. Over time they narrow and harden the arteries causing circulatory issues and poor congestion. I would advise working with a practitioner to stabilize blood sugar, drain the liver and kidneys, reduce arterial plaque and cholesterol and blood glucose.
This article I wrote might give you some insights: https://holisticspring.com/archives/18429
Lastly, i would highly advise starting with liver and kidney drainage (the protocols i have on this platform), perhaps supplementing with col-sterol for cholesterol, inositol for bloodsugar/insulin and ginger or panax ginseng for circulation. Always check with your doctor/practitioner before supplementing. You will then want to do significant cardiovascular drainage (which needs to be done with a practitioner).

KeymasterTypically green discharge indicates infection to some degree and the copper your body uses to fight the infection colours the discharge green. Perhaps your Th1 immunity is low so your body isn’t able to mount a strong enough response to whatever potential infection you have? berberine, amino NAC, melatonin, astragalus and reishi mushroom can support Th1 immunity.
