chlorella should not be interfering with medications that being said it depends when you take it. it should always be taken at LEAST 30 mins before food, supps and medications or 3 hours after.  your flare could be coming from detoxing a lot without drainage (herbs detoxify but don’t drain).

I am a big fan of CBD for stress, anxiety, sleep and the brain! I don’t find it a huge supporter of gut health directly but indirectly it helps to reduce stress which can reduce the effects of it on the gut. I personally do not think marijuana is healthy especially when smoking it as it inflames the lungs. i think CBD is the best way to go! 🙂

    Hey Monika,

it depends what you mean by kidney issues. Typically you want to keep the kidneys warm by taking warmer baths rather than cold. You are correct with oxalates/caffeiene. You can find a full list of high oxalate foods on google to avoid, beans, chocolate, coffee, spinach being some of the higher oxalate ones 🙂 I hope this helps!

if you are hvaing frequent urination, it could be from several reasons, the main ones being:

    • you’re drinking a lot of water
    • you urinate more frequently during cleansing as that is how your body eliminates toxins
    • kidney and liver detox remedies cause more urination
    • you have blood sugar imbalance/pre-diabetic/diabetic (usually increased urination at night)

If you are urinating frequently and your urine is clear and you’re eliminating a good amount each time (i.e. not rushing to pee and only a teeny bit comes) and it is not painful to urinate, I wouldn’t be concerned. it is probably to do with your body detoxing which is a good thing. if you do have pain while urinating or only trickles comes out with each urge, there may be urinary tract infection or urinary inflammation in which case you would want to visit your doctor and check on that.

There isn’t anything you can do for frequent urination if it is a result of drinking a lot of fluids or detoxing. if it is because or urinary inflammation/infection, Dmannose, Amino NAC, probiotics, cranberry capsules and oregano oil can all help 9either take them all or choose a couple remedies to start).

    Hi Rebecca,

I made a step by step protocol (diet and supplements, etc): https://holisticspring.com/product/seasonal-candida-parasite-cleanse

I also have a lot of info on the candida cleanse here: http://holisticspring.org/videos/#foogallery-294/i:49

You want to be taking drainage, antifungals, antiviral, binders, probiotics and eating low starch for AT LEAST 90 days. My ebook includes amazing drainage for the liver and kidneys however I also have a different milder drainage protocol included here: https://holisticspring.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Basic-Liver-and-Kidney-Homeopathic-Drainage-Protocol.pdf

Antifungals to use could be 1 or a combination of black walnut, olive leaf, caprylic acid, clove, oregano.

    Antiviral I recommend is NAC.

    Binder i recommend is chlorella

Probiotic I recommend is Genestra HMF Multi STrain 50

You can find all supplements on puremarket.ca and use the discount code HSMP10 or HSMP20 for an exclusive discount!

    Hello Carolina,

#1: My Candida eBook goes in depth on foods to eat and avoid: https://holisticspring.com/product/seasonal-candida-parasite-cleanse

#2: The LIVE Q&A #24 (now posted to the videos tab) went over a lot of what you asked here.

#3: Everything except kombucha and Bobs Red Mill paleo flour on your list of foods is technically candida friendly (aka lower starch). that being said, what you eat depends on your health conditions. Depending on your symptoms, you may want to avoid nightshades. I also dont recommend thinks like lakanto or vegan cheese as they are super inflammatory for the gut however they are candida diet friendly in the sense that they are lower starch.  I hope this makes sense.

#4: I would highly suggest making a list of all your supplements and what times of day you need to take them by reading product labels and see which ones need to be taken on their own or not. Unfortunately I cannot make a protocol for you as you are not a client. it does sound like you’re taking everything with pretty good timing but i do think you are taking too many things. I don’t believe Most people need flucanozole.

ALL eggs contain high levels of Omega 3 IF the chicken has been pasture raised and supplemented with organic feed.

You will get much more nutrients buying organic pasture raised eggs (truly pasture raised) vs eggs fortified with Omega 3s.

    Hello,

yes they are generally safe, unless there is a specific reason your doctor tells you to not consume those nutrients (magnesium, vit C, ashwaghanda, etc). Generally, vitamin C is very beneficial during pregnancy was it helps strengthen immunity which generally is reduced during pregnancy and it also helps absorb iron.

As far as the amount of vit C, it varies person to person. I always recommend following bottle dosage when in doubt. I cannot make specific dosage recommendations without you being a client of mine unfortunately.
