Keymasteras far as trying to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, that isn’t possible (regardless what companies advertise). Nutrition can help them fade/strengthen the skin but they are permanent. I like consuming lots of collagen and omega 3 fats and hydrating a lot while eating plenty of dark green leafy veggies!
To prevent stretch marks during pregnancy, you just want to keep your skin hydrated and nourished so follow the tips above and then you can use shae butter, apricot or almond oil or jojoba oil on the belly twice per day! Lastly, you can add rosehip oil to the main oil you are using and massage it into the belly for extra protection 🙂
Yes chlorella is safe but choose a brand that is tested to be heavy metal and toxin free and do smaller doses at a time 🙂

Keymasterit depends on the severity. ALWAYS check with your doctor about potentially needing antibiotics because if the infection is severe you have to be careful.
Some things you can try naturally is oregano oil, Dmannose, cranberry capsules, probiotic and Genestra Heather Young Shoot phytogen! I would recommend all these things together 🙂

KeymasterHello,
I stop seed cycling during pregnancy and instead consume BOTH seeds 9flax and chia) daily (or almost daily) for all around support. progesterone is VERY important to maintain as it is what helps our placenta grow and uterus expand, etc. that being said, estrogen is very important to maintain as is testosterone and all the other hormones! SO eating a well rounded diet with lots of protein to support the hormones and flax and chia to support estrogen and progesterone is encouraged.
I tend to suggest people avoid anything that comes in plastic containers (water, etc) as well as canned foods (BPA and BPS from cans). Also avoid overdoing the high mercury fish (tuna, mackeral, etc).
For essential oils, all are safe to diffuse (unless you have an allergy). Topically, most should be safe but it depends on the person, the brand, certain health conditions you may or may not have, etc. I tend to recommend frankincense, blue tansy, german chamomile, helichrysum topically and the rest to diffuse.

Keymasterso it is most likely related to hormonal imbalance. You never want to do anything for too long as it can create an imbalance. you could have estradiol (good estrogen not toxic) deficiency triggering the hairloss. You can try consuming flax and chia seeds (seed cycling) and work on increasing/balancing your estrogen production. Typically when we have estrogen overload it is from xenoestrogens.

KeymasterHello Rebecca, I cant recommend a specific protocol as you are not a client but generally, after using birth control the body is depleted in the following nutrients (see below) and it may be a good idea to supplement.
- Bvitamins (Pure Encapsulations Bcomplex plus)
- Zinc (UNDA Gammadyn Zn)
- Probiotics (Genestra HMF Multi strain 100)
- Liver support (Douglas Labs LVDTX)
- Gut healing (Lglutamine, aloe vera gel and/or marshmallow root)
- Ovarian support (Genestra HFE drops)
You can find all these on puremarket.ca and use the discount codes on the site (HSMP10 and HSMP20) to save $$$ on your order! You can take some or all of these supplements to support the gut, liver, and hormones post BC. Pair it with a clean diet and seed cycling (see seed cycling guide under RESOURCES) and you should have some great support. Of course check with your practitioner before supplementing!

Keymasteryou can stop taking it if you’ve been on it that long. Hair thinning could be iron deficiency, too much cortisol/stress, thyroid imbalance or too much testosterone, or insulin resistance. Its hard to know what it is related to without testing however you can try doing inositol if you have blood sugar imbalance and reduce inflammation naturally with medicinal mushrooms and see if that helps. Perhaps you may benefit from my hormone course to learn more about your possible issues/concerns. You can use the code on this platform to get 50% off ! The course goes in depth on different remedies and herbs and lifestyle and dietary suggestions to take and follow based on your main health concerns. It educates on where they are stemming from and can help give insight into what is going on.

KeymasterHey!
I personally use the following enzymes however they may still have too many additives for you!
Bile based:
Plant based:
If these aren’t what you’re looking for, digestive bitters may be a better option as it is a tincture 🙂

Keymasteryou always want to get to the root of the issue. Toxins and inflammation are causing the flaking/smell. so using a toxic shampoo will i crease inflammation and toxicity so while it may be TEMPORARILY fixing the external symptoms, it is progressing the overall issue as it is increasing the root of the problem. Natural shampoo will prevent your toxicity and inflammation from getting worse as it is not adding chemicals to the body so you can clear the source of the issue quicker. yes it may not temporarily relieve the symptoms but it is helping you address the ROOT cause.
I would watch the video i made on candida cleansing and follow the guidelines there and if you need more specific help, my candida eBOOK can help guide you. But yes, doing a colon cleanse and liver cleanse is highly recommended. chlorophyll wont help on its own when there are a bunch of underlying imbalances.
Say your car ran out of gas so it wont drive. you can get new tires, change the windshield wipers, get new pain on the car and do an oil change and while all that is benefitting the car, it still wont run WITHOUT the gas right? thats the case here. youre doing a lot of things to help your body but you need to get to the ACTUAL problem to see changes.

Keymasterit is a form of vitamin C I tend to try and avoid it as much as possible and instead take liposomal vitmain C as it works much better in the body. ascorbyl palmitate in food is a preservative and should be ok but again, you dont want to overconsume it.
