KeymasterI love Using whole food supplements when you have reflux or constipation as they absorb easier. Douglas Labs Organic Greens and reds powder is a great way to go! Double check it doesnt contain mag stearate (i dont think it does).

KeymasterHey Rebecca, probiotics wont do much for acid reflux as that isn’t the issue with reflux. the intensive 500 is GREAT for constipation (work your way up to full dose) but both constipation and reflux are due to poor Migrating Motor Complex (MMC) and peristalsis and other issues. improving vagal motor outflow, relaxing the gut, stopping snacking, etc can help restimulate the downward motion of the gut. Also consume LOTS of soluble fiber and drink LOTS of water 🙂
implement the suggestion in the other post that i gave you and take a look at the links below for more info 🙂 Let me know if you have further questions! Getting to the root of YOUR issue is the goal to improve your reflux and constipation.

Keymasterstop drinking 30 mins before a meal and then 2-3 hours after. with reflux i would say 3 hours 🙂

KeymasterOh It always raises red flags for me when doctors say hormonal BC will help balance hormones! It does the exact opposite!
As far as reflux goes, it goes much deeper than just taking a probiotic. Obviously without having you as a client and signing consent agreements, doing history intake, etc I cant recommend a full protocol but I would HIGHLY suggest you start with:
- Transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation (I have a guide and lots of videos/posts on this platform explaining how to do it, why and what it is)
- Secondly, I would encourage you to do betaine HCL but start with a small dose (200mg) and take WITH a meal
- Thirdly, do not drink A NY fluids near or around meal times
- 4 – chew VERY slowly and stop eating when you are 80% full
- Next I would say to try ficus carica gemmotherapy to help calm the stomach (follow bottle dosage)
The goal is get the stomach to RELAX so deep breathing, hot baths, abdominal massages, TVNS, cut out snacking (stick to main meals as much as possible) and water (ONLY on an empty stomach).
As far as probiotic goes, my favorite is either Genestra HMF Multi Strain 50 or for a massive dose Genestra HMF Intensive 500. both are great but if you are sensitive to probiotics I would start with the 50.
Hope this helps!

KeymasterHey Rebecca,
Boiron is a great homeopathic company. I find UNDA to be the absolute purest (they have a special technique that is patented) but there are a lot of remedies that UNDA does not carry so Boiron would be a great choice for those ones 🙂

KeymasterHey Rebecca! Thanks for joining! I hope you enjoy all the resources! 🙂

Keymastertypically “scalp smell” is from sebum being secreted. It could be an issue with dysbiosis causing the flaking and smell. It could also be from pus if you have scalp psoriasis or eczema. I would stop using non-natural shampoo and also doing a really good scalp massage when washing, you can buy a scalp massager brush online. Secondly, cleaning out the body and colon is the only way to typically to get rid of any type of body odour. Chlorophyll, chlorella powder, etc.
Hope this helps!

Keymasteryou’re welcome 🙂

Keymastertypically it could mean an underactive stomach, not enough digestive enzymes and/or pathogens fermenting food in the gut causing increased gas in the intestines throughout the day. Usually it is a combination of all 3 things. FOllowing my guidelines on SIBO on youtube would be a great place to start!
1. Do TVNS
2. Follow a candida cleanse (supplements and diet)
3. include liver support
4. Eat soft foods, bone broth, smoothies, etc.
5. take Betaine HCl and digestive enzymes if needed
6. for gallstones, I would recommend homeopathis but since you cant access them where you live, doing the amazing gallbladder and liver flush (mentioned it in your other post) may be a good place to start .

Keymasterit sounds like you have a lot of dysbiosis. I would be stopping the DE and oregano oil and instead doing black walnut WHILE taking NAC, chlorella and liver support (obviously check with your doctor before taking these supplements as these may not be appropriate for you).
Also I do not recommend KETO diet for too long as it can overburden the liver and can make you more acidic. Try eating a lot more alkaline foods and veggies and instead of so much fat, eat more protein and complex carbs (squash, buckwheat, berries, etc).

KeymasterI would do the Chamomilla 30C with acute dosing (3 pellets every hour). I would also rinse mouth with peppermint essential oil and water (make sure it hits the area where the tooth was removed. Aside form that, some things to support the nerve itself but may not directly help with pain is CBD oil, vitamin E and A.

KeymasterYou’re welcome!

KeymasterHello!
For supplements, I would recommend vitamin C and vitamin A and E (follow bottle dosage).
For Homeopathics I would choose from the following:
- Arnica montana 30C: to relieve pain and swelling post surgery
- Calendula 30C: improve inflamamtion, infections or abscesses. this is usually taken when an infection forms or before one forms if you are not on antibiotics
- Chamomilla 30C: Helps with pain post surgery and is great when pain meds arent taken or when they arent working.
You can take 1 or more of the homeopathics. do acute dosing which is 3 pellets every hour until symptoms reside.

Keymastergallstones are made of undigested cholesterol so in order to dissolve cholesterol, you want to do things such as lemon, support the liver, etc. That being said, you can take ox bile too and see if that helps. I am not familiar with stone root so cannot make recommendations on that.
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasternot necessarily but they can overburden the gallbaldder if you have too much bile salts in the body
