KeymasterI would NOT be following a KETO diet if you have gallstones. Try increasing fiber and vegetables and protein and cutting way back on fat.
I wouldnt take bile salts either. stick to betaine HCl for now and LOTS of water.

KeymasterHello!
Unfortunately because you are a not a client i cant give aa protocol to completely clear out stones as it wouldn’t be safe to do so. However, I would advise trying ORGANIC grapefruit juice daily and LOTS of organic lemon juice (straight up or with some water) to emulsify stones and add in olive oil as well. Rosemary tea may help too if you drink it consistently.
There is a gallbladder cleanse you can try but check with your doctor first to make sure it is safe for you. The cleanse is below:
Lemon juice and olive oil. This method involves not eating for 12 hours during the day and then, at 7 p.m., drinking four tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice — eight times every 15 minutes.

KeymasterI am not familiar with her case so cant recommend herbs as they can sometimes strain the liver if the liver is inflamed or overburdened. Perhaps a more gentle cleanse with lemon water may be beneficial? she can incorporate liver supporting foods such as dandelion greens (brocclli rabe), beetroot, jerusalem artichokes, lemon and grapefruit, etc. black walnut is OK for hypothyroidism but should never be taken unless she is on liver support, antivirals and binders.

KeymasterI cant say for sure what is going on as I am not a doctor so cannot diagnose. That being said, Hot flashes (often paired with red skin) are triggered mostly by imbalance in female hormones (menopause) and too much cortisol.
I never recommend nutritional yeast as it can create too much yeast in the body. For hormones, she would need to look into supporting her menopausally. Often times vitex can be very helpful but always check with your doctor before supplementing. Ashwaghanda, maca, and holy basil are great or thyroid and lowering cortisol. Applying peppermint essential oil to the back of the neck (diluted with coconut) can also help cool the body down during the hot flash.
Lastly, check with her doctor to look into hormones and see what is really going on!

Keymasternausea is an indication of not enough bile and the keto diet is so high in fat that the body needs alot more bile to break everything down. try supplementing with ox bile (20 mins before meals) to see if the nausea helps. And/or you can try betaine HCl with meals to see if that helps the nausea. It also seems like you have a dairy issue because heavy cream, cream cheese, etc is inflammatory and could trigger loose stools. have you ever had a food sensitivity test done? I would recommend cutting out dairy completely and seeing how you feel 🙂

KeymasterHello! I am sorry I ma not sure why i am not getting notified when questions are posted!! SO SORRY!
there can be additives in the enzymes that can cause the vomiting or it can be from bile. it really depends on the enzymes and what is in them. Were you taking it on an empty stomach or with food?

KeymasterJuniperus and juniper berry are not the same. Juniper berry can be helpful for the kidneys but is more for conditions such as gout or rheumatoid arthritis rathe than ‘drainage’.
And those potencies are not what you are looking for. You are looking for a macerate not a homeopathic potentized remedy as they are COMPLETELY different. You will not be able to get the Juniperus communis Gemmotherapy from UNDA in Australia unfortunately as they dont sell it but if you can try looking for a product that is the exact same (ingredient wise) as the UNDA one.

KeymasterTypically if you have thyroid antibodies you want to avoid dairy because dairy protein can elicit increase in thryoid tissue destruction. If you are to choose, goat cheese is often the better choice but may still elicit a response.

KeymasterI would not take iodine while on other medication unless doctor gives the OK because sometimes it can block the function of the the thyroid meds.
The only Iodine that would be OK would be Gammadyn I from UNDA but I am not sure you can get that?

KeymasterAnytime you are dealing with lung inflammation, you want to look at the underlying cause. obviously i dont know any of your health history so cant really make too many recommendations but if it is something the whole family is developing you may want to look into potential mold in the home as that can often cause inflammation in the lung tissue. Exposure to second-hand smoke, smoking, poor air quality, etc can all trigger lung inflammation.
A few supplements that MAY help bring inflammation down in the lungs is glutathione, magnesium, Bcomplex (with folate NOT folic acid), deep breathing HIGH QUALITY and PURE essential oils (diffused or through palms of hands), removal of all inflammatory foods and a candida and liver cleanse to reduce histamine.
