KeymasterI like Genestra evening primrose! I feel like most Maca have the same effect as long as it is organic so if you find it isnt working for you you may need a different herb or adaptogen rather than spending money on a different brand. low libido is coming from an imbalance ins testosterone/estrogen so you may not see changes for a while as hormones take time to rebalance.
Your period/cycles still seem very normal especially that you are approaching peri-menopause sometime between now and the next few years potentially.
Eat lots of soluble fiber, healthy fats and LOTS of dark green leafy veggies and cruciferous veggies to support your body.

Keymasterit is really hard for me to sya what to do without going through your full case history. Definitely be careful with vitex (it does support estrogen as well) but may not be the best option here as most your symptoms are pointing to estrogen toxicity. For longer cycles (not periods), you can do inositol to help balance blood sugar. Primrose oil is good for progesterone and would say if your progesterone is low use that instead of vitex.

KeymasterYou shouldnt be getting any “pain or discomfort” from supplements so i would advise you stop taking it. Also if youre taking it for breast tenderness, it is not a good idea because breast tenderness is usually too much estrogen so you would be better off with DIM instead of vitex (most likely) because vitex increases estrogen. Always check with your practitioner before starting a supplement, especially herbs.

KeymasterYes even mothers who are healthy (in the sense that they eat decent, etc) they most likely still have dysbiosis (most people today do) which passes to the baby during the birthing process and also via breastmilk!

Keymasteryou’re welcome~!

Keymasterusually there is dysbiosis in the gut causing inflammation along with food sensitivities (something in the breastmilk they aren’t tolerating) which is based off what the mother is eating. If the mother has candida overgrowth or dysbiosis which is often the case it would be passed on through the breastmilk. For babies there is LOTS you can do homeopathically. I would suggest a probiotic for babies such as genestra HMF Baby and depending on how severe the eczema is, I would recommend either Genestra Can Albex or Fungisode for antifungal.

KeymasterTypically Euphrasia homeopathic 30CH is a great remedy for red/swollen irritated eyes. However be cause it is chronic in this case, start with a lower potency if eh is to try it (perhaps 5CH) and do it under supervision of a homeopath. Also ocu-gen form genestra is great too and curcumin supplement may help.

KeymasterThank you so much you are so sweet!

Keymasterhistamine is triggered by overgrowth of pathogens so the best supplements for the root cause would be antifungals. However Hist Rest from Pure Encapsulations can help in the meantime. GI fortify is great as well for histamine in the gut.

Keymastersounds good! good luck! Let me know how it goes!

KeymasterHey!
I would never suggest taking an antifungal (especially oregano) without being on drainage therapy first and during as you ABSOLUTELY can flare. Iron can often be low when you have had chronic inflammation (ferritin gets used up in the fenton reaction and then you end up with low ferritin).
If you have thyroid antibodies you most likely have hashimotos. Going low carb will kill pathogens and if there is no exit for toxins via liver and kidneys you will feel much worse. It sounds like you have very high inflammation, major dysbiosis, poor circulation, liver and kidney congestion, immune dysregulation and nutrient deficiencies. To tackle this, I would highly recommend you start with liver and kidney drainage and a pathogen cleanse (My candida eBook includes all this). Or you can start with the biotherapeutic drainage (BTD) included on this platform for 8 weeks then continue with 2ound 2 of BTD with candida cleanse. This may help a lot of your inflammation and symptoms and then from there you can do thyroid support, work on the nervous system, etc.
I cant recommend specific supplements without you being a client and signing consent agreements, etc. But what I can say is to get on a glutenfree, sugarfree, dairyfree, nightshade free, yeast free and peanut free diet ASAP with no bad oils or super starchy foods. Instead stick to lots of organic dark green leafy veggies, lean organic proteins and wild caught fish, healthy fats (nuts/seeds) and a smaller amount of starches coming from buckwheat, quinoa, millet, squash, lentils, mung beans, berries, green apples, etc. Avoid all other foods. Drink lots of water, and drink herbal teas like marshmallow root or slippery elm to reduce gut inflammation and likewise skin inflammation. Do hot epsom salt baths, saunas, etc (to sweat out toxins) and then add in the BTD and some antifungals along with binders (chlorella, probiotics, etc).
As your inflammation comes down and you consume red meat, etc, your iron levels can improve over time.
Hope this helps!

KeymasterOh thats too bad im sorry to hear!
I would follow the bottle dosage of COQ10 as I cant legally suggest you increase it without you being a client. If you would like to increase it on your own you could try that and see how it goes 🙂
Irish sea moss is good but it would have everything you need. I would suggest Genestra collidal multi-mineral supplement if possible 🙂 For curcumin I love Pure Encapsulation’s Curcumin 500 with bioperine but not sure if you can get it where you are. I think shark cartilage is great. Boswellia for pain is great too!

KeymasterI would not advice ingesting castor oil however you can make castor oil packs (see tutorials on youtube) for the abdomen which may help with constipation. Hypothyroidism usually causes constipation because of the underactive stomach so typically something that would work much better for constipation would be increasing fiber (chia and flax), increasing water consumptions and using Betaine HCL (if needed) to improve stomach function. Moringa tea can help move the bowels a bit if you’re drinking consistently.
Corn are pure starch so any corn products can cause weight gain as it converts to sugar in the body which usually gets stored as fat.

KeymasterHello! WELCOME! Im so happy to have you here 🙂

KeymasterHi Feride, yes the question was posted as a new topic thread so I replied last week asking you to post it here instead 🙂 its a great question!
Back pain is often from nutrient deficiencies (lack of minerals – magnesium and potassium, deficiency of CoQ10) dehydration and inflammation. You can try incorporating a multi mineral, COQ10, curcumin and drinking lots of water for a little while and seeing if you get any relief.
Other things to consider would be stretching your back as muscles can get quite tense, making sure you have a good supporting mattress and pillow, and making sure your posture is good (not sitting weird or on angles, etc). If none of this gives you relief, you may need to a see a physiotherapist to get to the root of the issue. I find chiropractors help more when there is an alignment issue but for actual muscular pain, massage therapists/cupping can do wonders!
