If you have mold toxicity you are usually th2 dominant as the Th1 immune system is what scans the body for viruses/pathogens/toxins. If mold has taken hold, the Th1 immune system is not working as robustly therefor you need to elevate it. Chronic infections upregulate Th2 immune cells so if you have mold you would usually need to downregulate the Th2 side. Biology/immunology and pathology are very intense and heavy and vary so differently from person to person !

I cant advise on specifics in regards to supplements (dosages, etc) as you have to be a client and sign a consent form. As far as the red yeast goes, i do not advise that. Plant sterols are the best in my opinion so i would suggest Genestra col-sterol to help lower cholesterol but always check with your doctor.

Pure Encapsulations Liposomal glutathione is what I recommend for everyone but always bottle dosage unless your practitioner suggest otherwise.

    Hello!

the interaction with the medication may have caused it, but other than that I am not sure why! I would try a tea (holy basil) first instead of capsules so that you’re getting a lower dose and see how you feel.

For parasites, i dont advise taking antiparasitics without binders, antivirals and liver and kidney drainage as it can cause a massive flareup in symptoms and inflamamtion.

i recommend the ELISA test if possible! Cyrex Labs Array 10 (needs to be ordered through a practitioner) is great!

    Hello Feride,

it takes me a few days to reply sometimes as I get so many questions. If you have teeth marks on your tongue you are probably clenching your jaw throughout the day. this is in relation to stress/anxiety and sometimes parasites. Try doing things to lower anxiety and also take astragalus and holy basil or other adaptogens to help support and calm the adrenals. Magnesium and other calming minerals can help relax the nervous system too. Secondly, for tongue inflammation, that often is an indication of food sensitivities/allergies so perhaps look into getting an IgG/IgE food sensitivity panel done and/or practicing food rotation.

    Hope this helps!

Panic attacks are related to SO MANY different causes. a few of several would be:

    • pathogens in the gut
    • hormonal imbalance between estrogen, progesterone and testosterone
    • Adrenal fatigue
    • insulin resistance/blood sugar imbalance
    • chronic inflammation
    • Nutrient deficiencies and essential fat deficiencies
    • Cellular toxicity
    • Past traumas
    • and many more

It is important to sit down and think about your health issues and where they are stemming from and then go from there. Very often it is a combination of all the above. During a panic attack, the best thing you can do is to DEEP BREATH! Taking very deep and slow breaths and exhaling slowly tells your body you’re fine and cortisol can calm down. Another thing you can do is put 10 drops of calm-gen from Genestra under your tongue when you feel an anxiety attack coming on. this could help to calm the nervous system. You want to address pathogens so doing some sort of pathogen/candida cleanse is recommended as well as draining liver and kidneys and replenishing nutrient deficiencies. lastly, incorporate TVNS (I ahve a guide and videos on this platform) to help improve the gut-brain connection.

    Hope this helps!

You could have a potassium deficiency or a deficiency in CoQ10 as well. There is most likely elevated cholesterol and some degree of build up in the arteries as well as portal congestion. Liver and kidney drainage, replenishing nutrient deficiencies and cardiovascular drainage can usually improve the issue but i would first start with minerals and CoQ10.

Glutathione MAY (but not always) lighten skin a bit but you would need to usually be on it for quite a while for that to happen.

    Hi Jessica,

I would first like to clarify that it depends on the PERSON. Yes some conditions TEND to indicate that youre leaning towards 1 side more often than the other but individuals who have a “th1 driven” autoimmune can in fact be Th1 dominant and vice versa.

That being said most the time when chronic pathogens, infections, or parasites are involved, the person is usually th2/Th17 dominant. For Lyme, it is often Th2 dominance however I have seen many cases where the person is Th1 dominant. The best is to work with a practitioner if you are not sure which way you are tipped. Chronic steroid use, antibiotic use, skin conditions, dysbiosis, chronic stress, etc are all indicators the person may be Th2 dominant.

YES you can lower Th2 with supplements, the best supplement is Pure Encapsulations Th2 modulator to bring down the dominance.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello!

YES ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to know which hormones are deficient or in excess. It sounds like you MAY have estrogen dominance. I would ask your doctor to check your hormone levels and try eating LOTS of organic cruciferous vegetables as well as flax and chia everyday to help balance them a bit! I like Dr. Gersh books for hormones!

My hormone course is AMAZING (if i do say so myself) and should be done within the next month or so if all goes according to plan! Ill keep everyone posted and Holistic spring members will be getting a discount!
