    HI Feride,

I don’t recall suggesting straw? Is there a specific page in the book you’re referring to?

It COULD be a calc fluor deficiency but i can’t say for sure! See if she can supplement with UNDA Calcarea fluorica tissue salt (4 caps 2x.day sublingually) for 1 couple months to see if it resolves. Also Pure Encapsulations pro-resolve omega might help!

    Hello,

With a condition as severe as this, I cant really give a lot of recommendations without you being a client, signing consent forms, etc.

There are POWERFUL homeopathic remedies to help re-strengthen the heart, drain the liver, and kidneys etc which work AMAIZNGLY well but need to be taken longer term and the ones that are used depend greatly on many many factors.

What I can say is that diet is of the utmost importance at this point. Eating a fully organic diet (to avoid adding further toxins to an already overburdened system) CHOCK FULL of dark green leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables (for liver and kidney support) and healthy fats and fiber along with some lean proteins and small amount of starches (buckwheat, quinoa, lentils, berries, squash) is absolutely necessary.

As far as supplements go, I would advise following the basic biotherapeutic drainage protocol on this platform along with taking binders like chlorella, pureGenomics multivitamin, Douglas Labs LVDTX for the liver, Pure Encapsulations liposomal glutathione for antioxidants, and col-sterol from Genestra for cholesterol may be a good starting point however DO NOT TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS BEFORE CHECKING WITH YOUR DOCTOR!

cardiac arrest is caused by an overburdened system, mainly poor liver, kidney and lung elimination (congestion due to toxicity), as well as an inflammatory diet (either in the past or present), high cholesterol/atherosclerosis, and chronic stress/elevated cortisol. For cardiac arrest to occur, it means your body is completely nutritionally depleted along with very inflamed and VERY VERY congested (toxins are stuck in the body with no exit route due to overburdened emunctories).

The best way to eat is HIGHLY alkaline (LOADS of dark green veggies, berries, lemon, grapefruit, etc) with a good amount of protein from wild caught fish and chicken, turkey, etc and then some starch from quinoa, buckwheat, berries, squash, peas, etc) and small amount of fat coming from fatty fish, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, eggs. You also need to be eating a lot of soluble fiber (chia, flax, psyllium husk) to balance cholesterol. Superfoods like ginger, turmeric, maca, etc are also great.

So yes HEALTHY fats are great and don’t raise cholesterol. is the bad fats over a lifetime like canola oils, butters, margarines, steak,  and even sugars that trigger elevated LDL.

Matcha SHOULD be OK but it depends on whether or not your doctor told you to avoid caffeine. YOU HAVE to be avoiding all sugar and processed and refined foods when you have high cholesterol.

Natural supplements for cholesterol would be (ONLY TAKE AFTER CHECKING WITH YOUR DOCTOR):

*You can find these on puremarket.ca*

    • Genestra col-sterol
    • Genestra HMF Intensive probiotic
    • Pure Encapsulation’s cortisol calm
    • Pure Encapsulations Metabolic XTRA

AT the time of booking, I email VERY IN DPETH assessment and intake forms to give me a clear understanding if your health issues, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, etc. From there, I make a protocol based on all that info and then we do the 60 minute appointment where we dive even deeper into your health and I make additional tweaks as needed! Follow ups are every 8 weeks where we switch up the protocol to address different areas of the body until you’re feeling better! I include deep cellular AND emunctory drainage within each protocol (just switch the remedies each time soo you’re not adapting).

    Did this answer your questions?

I have not used her book so am not familiar with all her recipes however generally (especially for skin issues), paleo isnt the best way to go because while grain free is ideal, paleo tends to be more acidic (a lot of eggs and meat) and then also too high in starch (cassava, sweet potatoes, arrowroot etc).

The best way to eat is HIGHLY alkaline (LOADS of dark green veggies, berries, lemon, grapefruit, etc) with a good amount of protein from wild caught fish and chicken, turkey, etc and then small amount of starch form quinioa, buckwheat, berries, squash, peas, etc).

That being said, you can eat any way that you’d like! Just sharing my experience with my clients and what they responded best too 🙂

    Hellos!

Yes is is very often a combination of weakened Th1 immune response, dysbiosis, inflamamtory diet, and poor liver and kidney elimination function.

I would suggest trying out the following with the approval of your healthcare practitioner. Keep in mind this is not all that needs to be done (lots of detoxing needs to take place) but MAY be a good starting point to start rebalancing the body. I dont know anything about your health history so i cant tell you what underlying things to address. Generally, these supplements help bring a bit more balance to the immune system but ALWAYS check with your doctor or healthcare practiioner to make sure they are safe for you.

    Immune modulation

    • Pure Encapsulations Th1 Support – 3 caps 2x/day
    • Pure Encpasulations Th2 Modulator – 2 caps 2x/day
    • Pure Encapsulation’s Liposomal vitamin C
    • Genestra Amino NAC – 2 caps daily with protein meals

    Antifungals

    • Dr. Clark Olive Leaf Capsules – 4 caps 2x/day
    • Black walnut capsules – 2 caps 2x/day
    • Genestra HMF Intensive 500 – 1 packet daily with a bit of water with food (start slow if youre not used to probiotics)

    Diet

    avoid….

    • gluten
    • dairy
    • all suagrs (even natural)
    • refined an dprocessed foods

    eat…..

    • TONNES of organic green (dark) veggies
    • lean proteins
    • healthy fats
    • SMALL amount of starch from buckwheat, quinoa, lentils, berries, squash

    Emunctories

    • Follow drainage protocols on this platform (ideally work with a practitioner to incorporate Gemmotherapies for proper drinaage)

I unfortunately cannot summarize the entire video as it is was very heavy with content and I also don’t know what type of pathogens you have to recommend specific biofilms disrupters.

that being said, for candida, the following biofilm disrupters tend to work pretty well and you could take them all together:

    • -Clove essential oil
    • -Lemongrass essential oil
    • -Arabinogalactans (from licorice root)
    • N-acetyl-cysteine

With biofilm disrupters you also want to be on antifungals, the following are some options:

    • -Olive leaf
    • -Berberis
    • -black walnut and wormwood
    • Genestra fungisode or Can Albex 30X

    I hope this helps!

Hey great question! To be honest, i know nothing about tatoos or the removal process so not sure if that is what could be causing it. BTD can help with depression but only if you’re addressing the root of it. it could be a gut-related issues, genetic SNP issues, nutrient deficinecy issue, congestion issues, etc. figuring out the root and then taking the appropriate BTDs and Gemmos will give the best results. She could try GABA and melatonin along with st johns wart potentially for basic support!

Yes you will do 4 caps 2x.day. I would NOT recommend stopping NAC when on antifungals. how do you know the thyroid supplement is causing the issue? is it an immediate reaction everytime you take it?

yes that is OK although it does have coconut sugar which could feed pathogens. i wouldnt do it everyday and would not recommend exceeding 1.5 tbs.
