    Hello Marla,

What do you recommend for someone who is recovering from a cardiac arrest that caused liver and kidney damage in terms of diet and supplements? Also, if you could share what causes cardiac arrest and how to avoid it then that would be great. Thanks!

    Hello,

With a condition as severe as this, I cant really give a lot of recommendations without you being a client, signing consent forms, etc.

There are POWERFUL homeopathic remedies to help re-strengthen the heart, drain the liver, and kidneys etc which work AMAIZNGLY well but need to be taken longer term and the ones that are used depend greatly on many many factors.

What I can say is that diet is of the utmost importance at this point. Eating a fully organic diet (to avoid adding further toxins to an already overburdened system) CHOCK FULL of dark green leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables (for liver and kidney support) and healthy fats and fiber along with some lean proteins and small amount of starches (buckwheat, quinoa, lentils, berries, squash) is absolutely necessary.

As far as supplements go, I would advise following the basic biotherapeutic drainage protocol on this platform along with taking binders like chlorella, pureGenomics multivitamin, Douglas Labs LVDTX for the liver, Pure Encapsulations liposomal glutathione for antioxidants, and col-sterol from Genestra for cholesterol may be a good starting point however DO NOT TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS BEFORE CHECKING WITH YOUR DOCTOR!

cardiac arrest is caused by an overburdened system, mainly poor liver, kidney and lung elimination (congestion due to toxicity), as well as an inflammatory diet (either in the past or present), high cholesterol/atherosclerosis, and chronic stress/elevated cortisol. For cardiac arrest to occur, it means your body is completely nutritionally depleted along with very inflamed and VERY VERY congested (toxins are stuck in the body with no exit route due to overburdened emunctories).
