i use different types of beeswax (whatever i can find) just make sure it is organic. YOu need different wicks depending on the size of the candle you are making. i would suggest googling a blog post to make sure you’re buying the right wicks based on the size of candle you want to make. Those wicks seem a bit small. Also get lead-free wicks.

poor metabolic health in general can cause elevated DHT so yes, insulin resistance or dysglycemia but also liver congestion. toxicity as well as thyroid imbalance.

Another thing to look at is diet. if his diet contains meat that contains hormones, that could contribute to this along with poor sleep and stress/anxiety/elevated cortisol.

To give you a full list of recommendations he would need to be a client. that being said, below are some suggestions he can start with however always check with your doctor before taking any supplements!

    1. take saw palemetto (5+ months) – DHT blocker

    2. Balance blood sugar with inositol, chromium and Genetsra gluco-gen

    3. Reduce cholesterol with dietary changes but also with supplements such as Genestra Col sterol

    4. Do liver an dkidney drinaage with the protocols on this platform and add in DOuglas Labs LVDTX on top of that.

    5. Support thyroid with adapotgens and get good quality sleep

    6. Exercise FREQUENTLY, reduce stress and eat a diet very high in nutrient dense foods (LOTS of dark green leafy veggies – organic), lean proteins, healthy fats and some complex carbs.

    7. antioxidant support with things like glutathione or NAC, Vitamin C and E, greens powder, etc.

    8. Perhaps add in Pure Encapsulations Metabolic XTRA

This is a starting point… but could get him on the right track.

I use organic beeswax (1 cup) and 1/3 cup coconut oil (melt in a double broiler… use a bowl you dont care about) and add essential oils of choice (I LOVE vanilla and cinnamon, christmas spirit, stress away or lemon and vanilla). You want to use high quality oils such as Young Living. You can purchase everything from my young living store (myyl.com/marla) without even having to make an account! You can scroll through the essential oils section to find these 🙂

You will also need slow burning all natural wick from amazon and some glass 8oz jars. The full candlemaking process can be found online but these are the products you will need!

being a holistic practitioner, i always recommend natural alternatives over drugs, unless otherwise advised (each individual is different). The BEST way to naturally and effectively improve gut motility is with TVNS and things like GI fortify from Pure Encapsulations!  I also love herbal GI as well from genestra!

So many holistic doctors and MDs have been sharing the benefits of these drugs of treating COVID. They have had GREAT success which is definitely exciting! That being said, seeing as drugs are not something I work with, I cannot share my thoughts on them as they are out of my scope of practice.

every symptom in the body is always connected. most likely the reason she has high BP is also one of the many reasons she has hives.

Low carb diet is important but also low histamine diet. she NEEDs a food sensitivity test as there are definitely things she is eating that would trigger hives. Animal protein contains histidine so she should be eating a more alkaline, plant-based, lower carb cantiinflamamtory diet.

nrf2 supports detox pathways for Nrf2 and COMT. its good for genetic snps such as PEMT, COMT and MTHFR.

    I like Douglas Labs ayur-ashwaghanda

GI fortify is directly upon waking at least 45 mins away from food and supps/

Olive leaf usually needs to be taken consistently to get benefits although olive leaf tea can give you some MILD antiinflammatory beenfits.

You probably have a sensitivity to cashews. it has nothing to do with your gut being healed or not (for the most part). sensitivities develop when there is inflammation and immune imbalance. UNfortunately there isn’t just one supplement to take to stop a flare. If I feel I will flare the FIRST thing I do is stop eating sugars and eat LOTS of alkaline things like celery juice, green smooothies, etc. i dont really take many supplements.

Turmeric is healthy but taken everyday can cause histamine reaction and also prevent you from killing pathogens. so its better to consume it like everything else… in moderation.
