KeymasterIts hard to say how to know. I usually have my clients take it in the beginning for several weeks to months then stop for a bit and then take with larger/heavier meals only.
1 drop probably wont do anything but you dont have ot do bitters if they dont work for you!

KeymasterDear Sarah,
You want to think about the Impact of T Cell Polarization on SIgA Production. SigA is produced in the epithelia and mucosal linings of the sinuses and gut.
There are typical ways to support healthy GI mucosa, using glutamine, arabinogalactan, glutathione, butyric acid (Sunbutyrate), vitamin A, etc.
The question is, dysregulated GI epithelial function is associated with Th2 dominance, because inflamed epithelia make Th2-promoting cytokines that also drive mast cell activation, which drives neurogenic inflammation, which in turn drives more GI inflammation (loop). But Th2 cells also give help to B cells for the purposes of making antibodies, including IgA. So, if you need to dampen excessive Th2 response in a patient with dysbiosis who also has low SIgA, does lowering their Th2 response mean you’ll be pushing the patient into a situation in which they make even less SIgA, rather than the increased SIgA you were hoping for? Aren’t you stuck with two opposite agendas? The answer is no! If you are elevating SIgA while downregulating th2, you will have great gut support!
For completeness, it’s worth noting that low SIgA may also be a reflection of underlying disorders that are part of a conventional ddx, which can include agammaglobulinemias, hypoglobulinemia, selective IgG subclass deficiencies (2&4) with IgA deficiency, B or T cell disorders, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), and Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome.

KeymasterHey!
I am SO SORRY I have NO CLUE how I missed this! I never got notified of your response! Im sorry!
I am completely against them as they infringe on our rights as humans and individuals. they are rolling them out in many parts of Caanda already and I am certainly worried!
I know many people who cant get the vaccine due to health issues. I am hoping there will be pushback form many businesses about this.

KeymasterI hope they help!
Its always good to follow a soothing diet (as laid out in the gastritis video) which consistent of gluten free, dairyfree, sugarfree, anti-inflammatory foods, soups, broths, steamed and cooked veggies, slowcooked proteins, etc.

Keymastermucous doesnt always mean pushing out toxins. it could be produced by pathogens due to too much inflammation/dampness.
Glutathione is generally safe for everyone.

KeymasterI would suggest doing a smoothie/soup diet for a couple days to relax everything. For example, veggie and/or bone broths or smoothies with steamed veggies.
I wouldnt be taking antacids as those make everything so much worse. There are SO MANY things to try/do for stomach issues but it varies person to person. I would try ficus carica Gemmotherapy (30 drops 3x/day in a bit of water 15 mins BEFORE food/supplements/scents/flavours). I would also suggest doing digestive bitters such as goldenseal directly before a meal (swirl it in the mouth with water before swallowing) to stimulate digestive juices. you may or may not need betaine HCl depending on your symptom profile.
I have so many GERD/gastritis clients but yes takes a while to get better. Transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation HAS to be done to restimulate peristalsis.
It is not advised to do the candida cleanse without drainage. however is alcohol bothers you, take the remedies with water and separately rather then all together and you can even do half doses of the bigger remedies.

KeymasterThere is clearly a LOT going on in the digestive system. I am not sure how long you have tried aloe vera, etc but in order to get results for something this severe, you need be consistent with remedies for months. I would highly suggest Lglutamine (as long as you dont have cancer), grassfed gelatin, marshmallow root and aloe vera gel. On top of that do high dose probiotics but start with a small dose and slowly increase. You also should be on digestive bitters such as goldenseal or black walnut combination #1. This is where I would suggest you start and do this for a couple months to soothe the gut first before taking anything else. You can find all these on puremarket.ca
Keep in mind that this is a generalized protocol/suggestion. Obviously because I dont know all your history you would need to check with your doctor before supplementing.
Lastly, consider trying transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation every day!

KeymasterHi Feride, I am sorry i dont know how I missed this! I didnt get a notification that you posted!
For H. pylori I suggest doing aloe vera gel, goldenseal, probiotics, lglutamine, marshmallow root and olive leaf! You can add in orgeano oil too and/or black seed oil. As far as dosages go, follow bottle dosage! I also have an article under the blog about H. Pyklori and also lots on SIBO 🙂 hope this helps!

Keymasteryou can take a few mins before eating.
Yes I have availability for waitlist for in-person but no more room for online. My clients work with me longterm so don’t usually get discharged often so takes a a while before i accept new clients.
i would do it seasonally rather than every other month.

Keymasteryes love the canadian bitters.
lglutamine should be done a few times per year (seasonally). Lglutamine is amazing but if you take too frequently your body will stop making it.
i cant say when is a good time to being them back as i am not working with you but always bring 1 food back at a time in a small amount and then wait 1 week to see your reaction/

KeymasterHey!
Great Question!
I will post a video answering this question to the VIDEOS tab later today! 🙂
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasteryou can try bitters from a company called St. francis herb.
both are needed to build enamel properly.
Calcarea carbonica 6X Tissue Salt
Calcarea Fluorica 6X Tissue Salt
Yes that is lots for probiotic!
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasteryes I love the thyroid support. I also like HTHY from genestra. You would need to get your vitamin A levels checked to ensure you arent taking to much, although it should be fine.
Unfortunately i am not aware of a similar tincture. yes I carry all tissues salts at puremarket.ca and both are needed for bone development/enamel. calc carb does not do much for tinnitus. I only use puregenomics multi mainly.
