    Hi Marla,

Is it important to know the exact nature of your hormonal imbalance (excess estrogen, or not enough progesterone) to bring your body back into balance. My periods leave me super fatigued with backache, weakness in legs, headaches, indigestion and gas and bad cramps even when I eat so well and diffuse oils. I need to figure out what tests need to be done. Also I remember you were writing an article on hormones. Is it ready soon? Any books you recommend? Thanks!

    Hello!

YES ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to know which hormones are deficient or in excess. It sounds like you MAY have estrogen dominance. I would ask your doctor to check your hormone levels and try eating LOTS of organic cruciferous vegetables as well as flax and chia everyday to help balance them a bit! I like Dr. Gersh books for hormones!

My hormone course is AMAZING (if i do say so myself) and should be done within the next month or so if all goes according to plan! Ill keep everyone posted and Holistic spring members will be getting a discount!
