Hello Marla I have irregular heartbeats and it’s very annoying. I have done a check-up with a monitor and everything was fine and did some other tests and that was was fine too BUT before my period the irregular heartbeats are super annoying. I do take magnesium supplements sometimes works other times don’t so can you please tell me anything that I can take as fat as supplementation. I read somewhere vitamin C helps or glutathione (btw does it whitens the skin tho) It’s been years that I have had this irregular heartbeats/ heart palpitations and my goodness it’s scary :/

    Please help, thank you.

You could have a potassium deficiency or a deficiency in CoQ10 as well. There is most likely elevated cholesterol and some degree of build up in the arteries as well as portal congestion. Liver and kidney drainage, replenishing nutrient deficiencies and cardiovascular drainage can usually improve the issue but i would first start with minerals and CoQ10.

Glutathione MAY (but not always) lighten skin a bit but you would need to usually be on it for quite a while for that to happen.

I do have high cholesterol lately and started taking red yeast rice supplement a month ago ( do you recommend something better as for supplementing for high cholesterol) ? I’m 39 and I’m dealing with irregular heartbeats/ heart palpitations since I was 26. On the blood test, my potassium levels were normal. I’m definitely trying the coenzyme Q10 but there are a lot of different dosages/ milligrams, what mg should I get?

As for the glutathione, I’m definitely buying that one would you please let me know how many milligrams to get since the information online is overwhelming, there is liposomal glutathione too so please help me out which one to get? 🙂

I cant advise on specifics in regards to supplements (dosages, etc) as you have to be a client and sign a consent form. As far as the red yeast goes, i do not advise that. Plant sterols are the best in my opinion so i would suggest Genestra col-sterol to help lower cholesterol but always check with your doctor.

Pure Encapsulations Liposomal glutathione is what I recommend for everyone but always bottle dosage unless your practitioner suggest otherwise.
