    Hey!

I personally have never heard of anyone getting a die off reaction to a topical application of an antifungal except those with Lyme disease or extreme toxicity. Perhaps try using just tea tree oil and pause the oregano and see if that helps?

    Hello!

    Yes HCl is hydrochloric acid.

I highly suggest doing marshmallow root, Lglutamine, and aloe vera gel for ulcers. FOr Magnesium, I believe Genestra magnesium glycinate Liquid is good but I would not be doing vitamin C.

    So here are my thoughts:

I immediately think about the interconversion of glutamine and glutamate. They convert in a loop cycle (1 converts into the other), so raising L-glutamine levels in the body will also have the potential to increase the pool of glutamate. Glutamate can be neuroexcitotoxic, if it cannot be converted into other things, mainly GABA (neurotransmitter). This requires GAD (glutamic acid decarboxylase).

You don’t need to have GAD antibodies to be simply not great at the conversion. There is variability there, one person to another, based on genetics.

The negative effects of glutamate stimulation can be reduced with magnesium and glycine, so giving magnesium glycinate daily with the glutamine may help your sister.

This is not a glutamine allergy (IgE response) or sensitivity (IgG response). It’s a biochemical process in the body that isn’t antibody based.

Most bacterial infections (approx 80%) are biofilm based, so the assumption going in is that when an infection is present, it’s likely to be biofilm based.

NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) breaks disulfide bonds. It’s often useful for sinusitis for this reason. It’s the active ingredient in mucomyst, and is given to patients with Cystic Fibrosis, to break up the thick mucous that they have to work to bring up out of their lungs. It is a great biofilm disrupter (there are plenty more I will get into through the next couple months). NAC is the precursor to glutathione which is why supplementing with glutathione is so great for the lungs and sinuses also.

Everyone needs a different dose. I usually suggest starting with 400mg twice a day and increase from there as needed. You want to do biofilm disruptors 2 weeks before starting antifungals and then during and after the anti-fungal or antibacterial treatment is over.

First of all, I am not a doctor so there is PLENTY I don’t know about Lyme disease and the testing methods used. That being said, I have taken courses and read a lot of material and it seems that while most the tests for diagnosing Lyme are mainly poor, PCR testing for Lyme seems to be a better option since it is a fingerprint style test, and therefore more definitive when abnormal.

The paper below and those related to it suggest that successful clearance of Lyme requires a healthy Th1 response. Those with neuroborreliosis have IL-17 (a Th17 cytokine) in CSF. This means that making sure you have a balanced immunity to fight off lyme is essential!

Hey! I personally dont believe in the blood type diet all that much. I think you should the eat the way you feel best but also based on the condition you have. if you have candida and parasites, you HAVE to eat lower starch which naturally means higher protein. If you have autoimmune, you have to eat lower lectin, nightshade free, and no red meat, etc. it really depends on your condition. This is just my opinion though… i think eating the way you feel best is the way to go πŸ™‚ i personally dont think the traditional polish diet is all too healthy longterm as it is very heavy in saturated fats and starch. YOu will see that most Polish people die at younger ages and usually due to a heart condition. There are MANY healthy components to the Polish diet but eating the way your ancestors ate may not be right for you πŸ™‚

    Hope this helps a bit!

It is not safe for anyone in my opinion. It is INCREDIBLY hard on the liver and kidneys and can lead to toxic levels in the body. I prefer hydrosol silver however this should only be taken with the guidance of a practitioner because it too could overwhelm the elimination pathways and cause extreme inflammation if not done correctly. you never want to address viruses until the candida, parasites and bacteria are cleared and especially not until the liver and kidneys and colon have been drained quite a bit.

It depends on how the plant are harvested and how the oil is extracted. If the oil says for topical use only or does not say food grade, I would not ingest it. The higher quality the better. Alot of times, cheaper companies oils (such as NOW) are more diluted, are not organic and their distillation process isnt 100% pure which is why they are cheaper. This makes for bad oils to ingest. i used to use NOW brand until I learned that their quality isn’t the best which is reflected in their pricing.

My favourite oil brand after trying Doterra, NOW, and many other brands is YOung Living. Their oils are the highest quality I could find anywhere and you can tell immediately when you smell them as they are MUCH more potent. Almost all their oils are ingestible except the ones that shoulnt be ingested by anyone such as tea tree, etc. They also have a specific ingestible line too! This article I wrote might be of use to you https://holisticspring.com/index.php/th1-and-th2-immune-imbalance-in-relation-to-autoimmune-disease/

As for foods for Th1 and Th2, there really isn’t such thing. Especially that Th1 and Th2 are opposites. In general, you just want to eat a low sugar, lower starch high vegetable, fat and protein diet. Hope this helps!

Biofilm disrupters are needed while taking antifungal/antibacterial however the duration depends on the severity of your SIBO as well as how long you’ve had SIBO, etc.

Vitamin C is water soluble so can be taken at any point and you dont usually want to take it with food (high doses at least) as it can cause bloating. Vit A on the other hand should be taken with food as it is fat soluble.
