I have never heard that about flax before! I personally dont see any issue.

It depends on whether or not you have deficiencies in omega fats, if you have chronic inflammation, etc. I think its good to try to get it through wildcaught fish and only supplement if you have high levels of inflammation or need a brain boost.

Anytime is OK for probiotics but with food.

I wouldn’t say everyone as there are always certain times where one should not be on herbs. This is where working with a practitioner may come in hand.
I like Oregans Wild Harvest Slippery elm as it is Organic. It should really only be taken when there is inflammation in the colon (i.e. during IBS flares, etc).

    I like Natures way!

Black walnut should only be done during a candida cleanse and should be done consistently for at least 3 weeks.

Almost anyone can take glutathione (unless they have extreme health conditions, lyme disease, cancer, etc). Anytime is OK to take it and can be done daily 🙂

Baldness is usually from a few things.
    1. hormonal imbalances (usually in testosterone)
    2. liver/portal congestion
    3. chronic inflammation (from pathogens, food sensitivities, bad diet, etc)
    4. Nutrient deficiencies (vitamins, minerals and proteins)

There is no 1 or 2 supplements that one can take to reverse it or stop it as several protocols need to be done to address the root cause. DHT blockers such as saw palmetto can be taken but usually you want to do drainage, detoxification and take a good multivitamin and multimineral supplement.

I dont personally use electrolyte powder as I like to make my own 🙂

I like mixing this powder from Organika in a glass of warm water and I add a pinch of pure sea salt to it and thats what I use, otherwise I drink coconut water! 🙂

I think you are looking for blog posts I did on holisticspring.com not holisticspring.org.

https://holisticspring.com/ is where most recipes and older blog posts are and I still continue to post there. The blog here on holisticspring.org only contains posts for members 🙂 You can use the search bar on both blogs to find older posts! 🙂

You can take the same one daily for a couple months but I like switching them up every month or so just so your body doesn’t get used to the same one. There are no side effects but that being said it is always best to run everything by your doctor.

    Hello!

Unfortunately i cannot diagnose conditions as I am not a doctor. I am not sure exactly what you mean by tingling but if it has to do with numbness/nerves, I would suggest getting on some N-acetyl-cysteine and cod liver oil. As far as digestion goes, increase your soluble fiber consumption (chia, flax, psyllium) to balance your bowel movements more so you dont alternate between C and D. Also, taking high dose probiotics, lglutamine, slippery elm and bone broths can help too!

I love Genestra D-mulsion as it is very easily absorbed and assimilated due to it already being broken down.
For Potassium, I usually Genestra Potassium capsules however I believe CanPrev has potassium that is great too! Most brands are OK as long as they dont have weird ingredients in them.
