I’m doing the Prolon fasting mimicking diet for 5 days but started the Biotherapeutic drainage unda numbers several weeks ago. Normally I wouldn’t take any vitamins or supplements during the fast, but since the unda numbers are so gentle I was wondering if continuing on them during the fast would be recommended. Thanks!

Absolutely! You can definitely do them during the fast 🙂
