Keymasterberries are ok but not flax it is is fiber (i mentioned above that fiber should be avoided). i suggest they completely follow the candida diet while eating similar to GAPS in the sense that they dont eat raw foods and have lots of broths.
You shouldnt be taking just 2 unda #s (always take 3 together).
Yes ashwaghanda is fine with SIBO. Btaine should be with all meals if you and un underactive stomach. Avocado is also fine with SIBO.
ANy charcoal is OK if it is a pure company. I like Organika.

KeymasterIt could take months to a year plus to clear!
Here is the SIBO link: https://holisticspring.org/topic/sibo/

KeymasterHello! most likely GERD or some form of gastritis! you need to eat smaller meals, cook all your food (no raw), take betaine HCl, sip on broths throughout the day, and deep breath before you eat and chew VERY well and slow when eating.

KeymasterIM not sure what you mean by ‘at the bottom of her hair’ but Alopecia is a VERY complicated autoimmune disease and there is A LOT she would need to do to tackle it. I highly suggest working with a practitioner who understand autoimmune processes sooner than later.
There is often a combination of acidity in the body, poor emunctory function, too much histamine, nutrient deficiencies, immune dysregulation, leaky gut, dysbiosis, perhaps viral/parasitic overgrowth, food allergies/sensitivities, heavy metals, etc etc etc.
To start, if she hasn’t already, i HIGHLY SUGGEST she immediately cuts out all gluten, dairy, sugar, nightshades, and any processed or refined foods if she wants to sow the progression. Hope this helps!

KeymasterThere is no way to know how long it would take. it depends on the person and degree of overgrowth.
you want to do a candida diet while also avoiding prebiotics, fibers, or any raw foods. Essentially a combo of GAPS and candida.
tinnitus take a while to improve and you need to do specific unda #s for that.

KeymasterHey!
In order to truly reverse seasonal allergies, you need to modulate the immune system (downregulate Th2 and upregulate Th1) and decrease histamine. Eating cleaner, moringa, probiotics etc support Th1 immunity which is probably why you noticed you didnt have as many reactions. however they would be temporary as your allergies would come back due to not fully modulating the immune system.
As far as the candida cleanse goes, the longer you’re on a cleanse, the more toxins are released so your body is most likely eliminating deeper toxins and perhaps parasites are being killed off or some stubborn yeast triggering a bit of a flare. you can do charcoal or chlorella as a binder to minimize the reactions. The allergies MIGHT be flaring up due to a bit more inflammation in the system from the candida cleanse.
At the end of the day, the candida cleanse can help to decrease the severity of seasonal allergies however to truly eliminate them, you need to fully reduce histamine and do immune modulation 🙂
Does all this make sense? Did i answer your question?

Keymasteryes you can take them on the same day but follow bottle directions.
yes you cna mix oregano with water
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasteryes it would be fine.
betaine hcl is for protein and some fats mainly. betaine hcl and bile should be supplemented if you have SIBO.
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterCHlorella is fine in the supplement yes but charcoal needs ot be away form everything.
Yes always a good idea to do greens powder if you can as it is usually a combo of fruits and veggies and herbs so different then chlorella or chlorophyll

KeymasterOnly if they have weakened bones. Calcium is hard on the kidneys so dont supplement unless recommended by doctor or practitioner.
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterI prefer oregano oil (genestra) and you can take it daily.
No worries and you’re welcome!
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterHello,
if your practitioner believes that is what is best for you, do what she suggests as again, I dont know anything about your history so cant advise. Those three UNDA’s are within the same system but whether or not they are chosen correctly for you is not something I can determine. I usually recommend doing oregano on its own with food.
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterAll people are different and some require certain supplements whereas other might now. The recommendations I ma sharing with you arent meant to be taken as medical advice and please make sure everyone checks with their doctors before supplementing.
As we age, our stomach acid levels decline as does our probiotic population so I usually suggest Betaine HCl, Genestra HMF Multi Strain 100, Bcomplex with methylated forms, and antioxidants such as resveratrol and glutathione. Lastly, a multivitamin such as Pure Response multivitamin or a greens powder such as Douglas Labs Greens and reds is ideal too. For bones, they need to be EVRY alkaline so consuming greens powders, chlorella, magnesium glycinate, collagen and gelatin can be very helpful.

KeymasterYes it seems good
