It can be used at other times too, again, it depends on your condition. there are so many uses for herbs. Olive leaf could help with SIBO depending on the type of SIBO you have. SOmetimes it is more appropriate to use Berberine, or oregano, or caprylic acid.

I recommend different strains depending on their issue. Sometimes I suggest HMF Intensive 500, sometimes SBO probiotics… it really depends. baciallus coagulans can help but it wont repopulate in the gut.

I have answered another FORUM topic on SIBO and what needs to be done so perhaps try searching it in the search bar.

Yes UNDAs are safe ALL the time.

    Hey!

I first of all, dont know of any brands that ship internationally except young living. As far as ingestion goes, I wouldnt recommend any brands (and ive tried many) as their extraction process ends up with a toxic oil not ideal for ingestions. The only brand I would suggest is Young Living for ingestion or Ancient Nutrition (however they dont ship internationally).

You should not get die off from the liver supplement and yes you can take any supplements while on UNDAs. Yes 1 and 3 can be paired as they are digestive remedies.

Again, in regard to supplement recommendations, you need to speak with your practitioner or suggestions. I usually use black walnut, caprylic acid, Berberis, and/or olive leaf.

There are HUNDREDS of lymphatic remedies (Gemmotherapies, UNDA #s, herbs, etc) that could be used. your practitioner would need to suggest the best one for YOU based on your symptoms and history and the supplements you’re already on. You dont want to do lymphatic drainage if you have infections, autoimmune flare, cancer, etc.

Berberine could be taken for months.

Yes the pea protein is fine to take.

Yes that would be candida friendly but make sure youre using the dairy free Lily’s chocolate.

Gaba helps improve neurotransmitter output to improve sleep and relaxation however not everyone should be on it.

For enzymes, I like Digest plus or pancreatin from Genestra.

For plant enzymes, you can either do Organika or Venzymes from genestra.

Nakrour, as I mentioned before, i cant legally recommend supplements without you being a client. You would need to discuss that with your practitioner. Any time you’re dealing with hormones, you can cause major imbalances if youre not taking the right ones for YOU and I wouldn’t know what those are without doing a full intake on you.

You shouldn’t be on probiotics with SIBO until you’ve cleared out the overgrowth and improved vagal motor tone. Bacillus coagulans could be helpful.

Garlic is great but if it’s aggravating you, you have to avoid it.

The normal number of WBCs in the blood is 4,500 to 11,000 WBCs per microliter (4.5 to 11.0 × 109/L). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different labs. Some labs use different measurements or may test different specimens. Talk to your provider about your test results. Holistic practitioners usually like to see around 8,000.

Low WBC is not great because you wont be able to fight infections, cancers, etc. WBC that is too high isnt good either.

The BEST glyphosate detox in the world is ION Biome. It works like a charm and begins to heal tight junctions damaged by glyphosate. I’ve been using it for years with huge success. Once people stop consuming the foods highest in this poison and utilize ION Biome everyday, their levels become undetectable.

Also, Supreme Nutrition Products has a product called GlyphoX which was designed to help glyphosate detox.

There are several factors to consider here. The most important is to address the unique needs of each person as clearly as possible. If blood sugar is an issue, the insulin elevation will tend to inhibit vagal motor outflow. If that occurs, the anti-inflammatory influence of the vagus nerve on GI and spleen function (inhibition of TNFalpha) and on liver function (inhibition of IL-6) will be diminished.
I would make sure that a functional medicine ob/gyn is on board, to vet supplement choices during pregnancy. If one is not available locally, I would find one somewhere, contact them and ask for a consult.
It’s always useful to remember that autoimmune diseases are not categorizable as Th2 or other T cell dominance based diseases. That is an older view.
Generally, instigation of flare activation is driven by Th17 cell activation. The two main inhibitors of Th17 are Tregs and Th1 cells. One concern about the ongoing use of steroids is that steroids induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) of Th1 cells, so that may not be entirely suitable. If steroids must be used (and there are situations where that’s appropriate), offsetting the Th2 dominance induction caused by loss of Th1 cell activation is a useful thing to consider.

Lastly, it’s key to remember that prolactin is a major promoter of autoimmune activation. Prolactin levels will climb normally, to induce lactation, which is appropriate. That will likely push the patient toward flare activation. Take measures to push back against this.

Glutathione and NAC, in robust doses, 500mg liposomal gsh bid, 900mg NAC bid, would be useful to push back against any further lung damage. Perilla, astragalus, NAC, quercetin, often given together, are useful to push back against the Th2 dominance likely to be sparked by the lung dysfunction.

This is all the info I can share and do advise she sees a holistic practitioner who can help.

Make sure that you’ve identified genomic issues like PEMT and MTHFD1 SNPs as that would impair choline status, since vagal stim won’t do much in a patient who can’t make Acetyl choline.
