Keymasterberries, quinoa, buckwheat, millet, squash, lentils and grapefruit are good carbs. HCL is stomach acid. start with 1 capsule an try increasing from there (work with your practitioner on this).

KeymasterHi Danielle, do you have a specific question?
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterSO SORRY for the delay in replying! I missed this reply for some reason! I did create some videos on youtube going through a candida cleanse and also have a few posts on http://www.holisticspring.com blog (use the search bar to find the articles). I also have my ebOOK as well! Im going to try and do a candida protocol here soon when i have some time 🙂
Take care!

Keymasteryes this one is good

Keymasteryes both betaine hcl and bile should be taken if your levels are low. I like bilex from douglas labs. if you have N underactive stomach, you want to take HCL with every meal and bile 20 minutes before meals.
Those supplements could be causing die off but its best to talk with your practitioner to determine if it was die off or not. probiotics dont usually cause die off. taking binders like charcoal or chlorella could help. to reduce die off, you need to decrease the antifungal dosage and increase liver support (drainers, lemon water, chlorella, everyday detox tea, etc).
yes the thorne probiotic is good.

Keymasteryes you can take those and you will never see immediate results with supplements. You want to take them for a minimum one month but sometimes up to 6 months or longer depending on your deficiencies.
Water actually dampens the body and can create more mucous so do lots of drying herbs and spices, avoid fatty and starchy foods.

KeymasterHello! typically upregulating Th1 and downregulating Th2 is how you would manage histamine. That being said, taking DAO enzyme, activated charcoal, Methylation Support, and like you said, avoiding histamine forming foods can also help! Glutathione is great for histamine as is resveratrol so taking those remedies can help. Berberine and perilla are also very powerful immune modulator’s which can give you further results. Does this help?

Keymasterdo charcoal and chlorella separate.
the amount of chlorella in the liver supplement is VERY minimal. it is perfectly fine.
It would be ok as the curcumin is a very small amount.
I wouldnt do too much fish oil while sick and instead, do flax or chia seeds for seed cycling during that time. NAC is great to take alongside. any probiotic can ebenfit you when youre sick (SBO and/orHMF). FOS is OK in small amounts. genestra probiotics need to be in the fridge within 30 days upon arrival but the sooner the better. if you are low in Vit D. im sure 7000 would be ok but always check with your practitioner.
drink LOTS of water before a blood draw 🙂
Yes natures way is great!

KeymasterThank you so much for your kind words. I am so grateful to have you here and was overjoyed to meet your little man (he is SO PRECIOUS)! It was all you and the hardwork you put into your health that helped you conceive, I am just the coach! I wish you and your precious family all the best!

KeymasterIt would be up to your nutritionist whether or not you should be avoiding all fiber 100% or not. But yes, that greens powder is OK and great to take!
Yoou can oregano any way you like 🙂 Some people add it to a capsule so it doesnt sting the throat. Vitamin C is great and for zinc, i would follow bottle dosage unless your practitioner gives you the go-ahead to increase. Yes high dose vitamin C should be safe but always check with your practitioner. You can also try medicinal mushrooms which are great for both candida, immune system and to help with sickness. M/R/S is a great supp.
Dandelion tea is OK. Sprouted quinoa MIGHT be ok but it depends on the person.
You can take UNDAS anytime, anywhere, with any condition, at any age, with any supplements and withoutt any side effects.
A good probiotic is SBO probiotic from doctor axe and/or HMF replete.
The best foods for SIBO are soft, steamed veggies, lots of broths, protein, and healthy fats like avocado and small amount of carbs from berries, squash, peas, green beans, etc.
I like bilex from douglas labs for ox bile 🙂

KeymasterThere is poor circulation to the extremities compared to the rest of the body so these areas are not getting as much nutrients, oxygen and blood flow which could be the reason 🙂 Yes seamoss is great! 🙂

KeymasterHello Carlos!
im glad you’re starting to feel better! The first thing I want you to remember is that everyone is different and has unique needs. Because of that, I cant tell you how long you should be taking supplements without working with you 1 on 1 as a client. What I can suggest is that you don “seasonal protocols” where 2-4 times a year, you do a colon cleanse using the anti-inflammatory supplements so that you can MAINTAIN your health 🙂
Secondly, in order to truly fix the gut, you need to address dysbiosis. Usually with IBS there is a lot of pathogenic overgrowth so it would be a good idea for you to look into candida/parasite type of cleanses to do as well for lasting results 🙂
As far as food supplements go like collagen, gelatin, bone broth, etc, these can be consumed like a superfood! SO lifelong (provided you dont have any health concerns that suggest otherwise) use is OK! I do gelatin a few times a week in my tea and collagen daily in my smoothie 🙂 I also do probiotics lifelong (1 month on 1 off).
Does this answer your question? 🙂
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasteryes bone broth, veggie broth, mushroom broth, etc 🙂
