KeymasterI go off of lab results but not for people i am not working with. no B12 is not similar to Methyl Assist. yes you can do chlorophyll up to 3x/day depending on your needs.
Yes the maya chia serum is OK.
you would have to try the cruciferous veggies in small amounts and see how you feel. it depends where you are in your candida cleanse so check with your practitioner and see if they are OK with you having fruit right now.

Keymasteryou never want to use your right ear or it can damage your heart and cause it to misfire. ONLY use left ear. The placement on his right ear is very dangerous so i wouldn’t suggest it personally 🙂

Keymasterif you’re already on vitamin A, i wouldnt take anymore without checking with your doctor as you can easily “overdose” on it. methylation support contains a mix of specific bvitamins to support Methylation. B12 is only B12. I don’t interpret lab results so Its best to check with your doctor about what the ideal levels are for B12 and Vitamin A 🙂

KeymasterHello Gabrielle! WELCOME! SO happy to have you here! i have ALWAYS wanted to go to Trinidad! Sadly, natural supplements are not easily accessible in most parts of the world which is very sad! Hopefully one day they are more readily available!

Keymasterit really depends! if youre keeping your diet lower starch during this time still and eating very clean, you shouldnt have to redo but i cant guarantee! taking antibiotis shouldn’t really change your action plan… just continue with LOTS of probiotics, liver support and prebiotics and you should be good to go 🙂 You might need to stay on the replace phase for longer than planned.
YES! love S. boulardii ! You can definitely add it in 🙂

KeymasterBlood pressure is measured using two numbers:
The first number, called systolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
The second number, called diastolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats.
if you only have high diastolic blood pressure, you can’t target that alone. You’ll need to work closely with your doctor to reduce your diastolic blood pressure while not letting it drop lower than 60 millimeters of mercury (mmHg).
Diastolic blood pressure that’s too low can lead to heart damage and may increase your risk for heart disease. A high diastolic blood pressure (80 mm Hg or higher) that stays high over time means you have high blood pressure, or hypertension, even when systolic blood pressure is normal. Causes of diastolic high blood pressure include both lifestyle factors, diet and genetics, but the disease is multifactorial.
You need to clean out your arteries, remove plaque and calcification, strengthen the heart, and reduce LDL cholesterol to bring your blood pressure down.

KeymasterHi raluca,
this is a very interesting topic you are bringing forth! I do believe that everyones digestion is different based on their ethnicity and genetics however, i also believe that the body adapts to where you are living and the foods it is used to eating. I do think eating with your ethinic roots ids important while still eating what is available to you locally as those foods will contain specific probiotics and nutrients needed to fight pathogens in that specific area. does this make sense?
I personally havent done enough researched ot see if we should ONLY be eating foods from our native country or not but like i said our bodies do adapt and the foods growing within our own country that we are currently living in contain what we need to thrive in THIS area so i am a huge fan of eating local!
you would not increase food sensitivities by eating more variety. the more variety the better for sure 🙂
Love having our own garden!

KeymasterSOrry I am just seeing this now! for some reason, i have not been getting notified of discussion comments! I replied to this question in the other post 🙂
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterHI Patryk, sorry just seeing your reply now! I am not sure which would be a better option at this point! If you are able to choose which one, I would go with non-mRNA but im not aware of any that are non MRNA…. however i ahvent recently looked into them!

KeymasterHi carlos, the supplements in the candida cleanse include everything you need to both a liver and candida cleanse together 🙂

KeymasterHey! yes when taking antibiotics, do 100billion cfu probiotics minimum for the week before and during the course and then afterwards, up to 250billion or higher for at least 3 months to replenish. Also do liver support as antibiotics are hard on the liver! I like LVDTX from douglas labs (can find it on puremarket.ca).

KeymasterIt is to do with hormonal imbalances, usually in estrogen or testosterone which causes darkening in the skin. its uite often to do with too much testoterone so taking zinc, spearmint tea, balancing blood sugar, sleeping well, consuming phytoestrogens, and cleansing the liver can be very helpful!
