Keymaster1. DIM is for anyone with estrogen toxicity from endocrine disrupters! Anyone who displays with symptoms of excess hormones can benefit. The time line is different and really depends on each person. I usually start with a couple weeks and go from there!
2. take 30mg of zinc picolinate or other forms (except citrate as it doesnt work well) as well as Gammadyn zn (1 ampoule) for 4 weeks, then decrease to 15mg for 4 weeks.
3. Multiple supps can overwhelm the digestive system and you may not absorb them well so its best to break them up throughout the day to give your body a better chance of extracting the nutrients 🙂

KeymasterIts hard to know without knowing your full symptom picture and histamine but yes, not a good idea to keep changing remedies. I would pause everything for a couple weeks, then perhaps try again with a protocol.
For breath, try swishing with coconut oil mixed with spearmint and tea trea essential oil for 10-15 minutes daily then spit in the garbage. Also drink chlorophyll daily or some sort of green powder!

Keymasteryou can start with your liver supplement and if after a few weeks you feel like daily TVNS isnt doing anything then add choline on top of that. phos choline from genestra is good.
for hcl, up the dose each meal until you feel heartburn, then decrease by one dose after that and that is your tolerance.
yes some people dont seem to tolertae vegan enzymes much, perhaps because of the yeast strains.

KeymasterHey! I have a lot of resources for COVID under the BLOG section as well as on here in the forums and even in the videos section! I will link some down below 🙂 Anytime you are recovering from an illness you want to LOAD up on ORGANIC dark green leafy veggies like kale spinach, romaine, etc. You also want to rehydrate with electrolytes from coconut water and ensure youre getting sufficient protein from wild caught fish, chicken or turkey. Lastly, antioxidants form some fresh LOW SUGAR fruits like grapefruit, berries, green apples, etc are great and fiber from flax, chia, quinoa, and lentils is recommended as well. Cruciferous vegetables can help produce glutathione so consuming broccolli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts is important. For teas, i recommend green tea, nettle and dandelion tea or hot lemon water!

Keymasteryes i would always run herbs by your practitioner.
I use these ear clips: https://www.tenspros.com/black-ear-clip-electrodes-EAE01.html
You wont need to take fish oil and salmon in the same day. it is safe however you will only absorb so much fat.

KeymasterHey Susie, DO you meant PEMT? You can absolutely do TVNS and it is more important for you to supplement with choline at this point as you’re body may not be creating it on its own. I like using this choline 🙂 https://puremarket.ca/products/phos-choline?_pos=1&_sid=efa7bbb2a&_ss=r

KeymasterYes coconut yogurt is OK with SIBO. pau darco should be taken with the permission from your practitioner. yes you can take berberine right before eating. glad to hear youre feeling better!
once your digestion and liver are doing much better, you shouldnt need to take any enzymes if you chew your food well, slow and dont overeat 🙂
Have a great day!

Keymasteryes the probiotics are good. i actually still did snack during SIBO here and there but found that having 3 bigger meals helped reduce my hunger. i like doing my squash mousse (recipe o the blog and instagram) or frozen berries blended with stevia and lemon to make sorbet.
glutathione needs to be guided by a practitioner. i suggest different things for different clients depending on their toxicity. astragalus on its own is fine. selenium is important but i like to get it through food (mackerel, brazil nuts, etc).

KeymasterHello!
yes high cortisol can cause all of the above and more! It won’t make you feel heavy directly however it an cause weight gain as it disrupts your hormones and can definitely cause digestive issues since chronic stress causes vagal nerve damage. It also disrupts our periods as it decreases estrogen production and increases testosterone/androgens. It disrupts sleep by reducing melatonin production. cortisol keeps us awake so we have a harder time falling asleep or staying asleep too. It also creates brain inflammation which can lead to deficiency in certain neurotransmitters like dopamine and can definitely cause us to feel sad/depressed/anxious.
Reducing stress, sleeping properly 9see guides under RESOURCES), taking adaptogens and supporting our adrenals is essential !

Keymastereveryone has different protocols to rebalance their hormones. once you detoxify and rebalance hormones, cysts decrease over time.
Yes that smoothie is good and sounds delicious! i usually suggest between 5 and 10g of Lglutamine (i answered this question a ways back for you). Take iron with food and do it everyday if you have low iron. otherwise you can do it right before and during your period .
Yes combining those foods together are good and coconut yogurt is both GAPS and candida friendly. I like Hist Reset from Pure Encaps for antihistamine. it boosts the immune system and reduces histamine so is therefor a Th2 downregulator.

Keymasteryes eat clean year long however twice a year (more or less) you could tighten up the diet to eliminate carbs and add in liver support, antifungals, etc just to maintain a healthy gut and body 🙂

KeymasterSO MANY THINGS! toxicity, inflammation and blocked liver (and kidneys) can cause this! It is very important to start doing drainage, eat a VERY CLEAN alkaline and anti-inflammatory diet, only drink PURE filtered water (and a lot of it), and take hot epsom salt baths (if you’re able). You also want to do immune support to help fight infections.
