in very small amount (to make some bread) or to thicken pie filling yes, but it does convert directly to sugar so be careful with how much 🙂

I would be doing 1/4 cup aloe vera gel daily, marshmallow root tea, slippery elm tea, and sipping on broths with curcumin throughout the day!

Yes I had cysts and many of my clients did too. hormonal imbalances affect the gut greatly.

the TLIP liver looks like little granules so thats fine. for candida, its hard to find low carb stuff so i would shop for KETO snacks and stuff so that they are low carb.

Aloe is zero calories so great for every diet. you want to take it on an empty stomach. you can take what you like for digestion, I dont know what youd need without working with you so based on how your digestion is, you should decide if you need enzymes too. if your digestion is bad, i would be taking hcl at every meal and bile with every meal that contains fats.

Milia is USUALLY caused by a virus. They could have contracted the virus from someone or could have had it dormant in their body and no it flared up perhaps to detoxing too quick, or stress, or something else. they could go for a blood test with their doctor but usually milia goes away on its own after a while. I would do binders, continue very clean low carb diet, probiotics, Amino NAC, sleep good, etc.

collagen would be ok but antifungals for a full year would be too much and could cause resistance. I would be doping seasonal cleanses (spring and fall or summer and winter) but wouldnt recommend take antifungals and all that for a year straight.

I dont send people for ultrasounds, their doctor will advice if that is important as I ma not a doctor. The essential oil can be applied daily during the 2nd half if your cycle.

Yes Lglutamine is good. Yes it is better to do liver than direct iron so that less goes to parasites however if your doctor advises you take iron then please do so.

Im glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for joining!

Olive leaf should be added when BW is done so perhaps after 30 to 60 days on BW you could then switch. Every single one of my clients are different and some are on 2 some are on half of one, some are on none… it honestly really depends. i dont have a protocol that i apply to everyone, i take it case by case. Glad your skin is doing better!

Yes I would not be breaking the candida diet or you will continuously be strengthening the bacteria/parasites/fungus and they will be harder to kill each time.

Yes I am not a fan of the elemental diet personally. Glutathione is a sulfur component and sometimes people dont react well to sulfur when there is a lot of inflammation. i think it would be the glutathione and not the collagen so what i would suggest is try taking glutathione in miniscule doses (puncture the capsules with a knife and squeeze a few drops into the mouth) and see if that changes anything. Turmeric is great for Chrons so thats great 🙂 I would suggest marshmallow root or throat coat tea from Trad Medicinals too!

    Sorry for the delay Danielle!

glutathione is sulfur based so that egg smell could come from that.  To be honest ive never seen anyone have that effect to marine collagen however it very well could be. I would lay off BOTH collagen and glutathione for a week so things can go back to normal and then reintroduce glutathione first, just a single dose and see what happens. fi there is no reaction, then try a SMALL amount of marine collagen and then see your reaction.

Marine collagen is not high histamine but the biggest thing that “boggles” me is that it would cause bloating because its already “digested” so im thinking it could be glutathione.

no i dont suggest most clients do it, only the ones who need more progesterone support.

The enzyme seems alright, im not a fan of ascorbyl palmitate however its a tiny amount so shouldnt be an issue.

NO i havent had any clients experience that form bile. there are no vegan biles unfortunately as like i said, bile comes from the gallbladder.

you can apply the oil to your neck and wrists as needed or diffuse during your period.

If your ND suggest zinc, then take the dose she suggests.

Lentils are not GAPS friendly but they are candida friendly.

You can do psyllium upon waking 30 mins before everything else.

yes the wraps are candida friendly.

The Lglutamine is fine. you can do 10g per day.

    🙂
