KeymasterHey!
If you live in North America, I highly recommend doing drainage for the liver with homeopathics using this protocol here (under resources).
You can certainly use milk thistle, burdock, N-acetyl-cystein and choline together for liver support however herbs are much harder on the liver so can cause some burden to that organ initially.

Keymasteroh amazing hope it works out well for you!

Keymasteryes do one or the other 🙂
Try doing Pro resolve omega form pure encapsulations rather than regular fish oil as it is better for bringing up omega 3s. If the fish oil youre taking is turning inflammatory in the body from lack of antioxidants than it can drive up the 6s even higher.

Keymasteryes if the gut is used to one way of eating and then you switch and fiber content and fluid content changes in the food it can trigger issues 🙁 hope you sort it out!

KeymasterHey Marissa,
your liver could very well need a break form everything and/OR your adrenals and body needs lots of support to have the energy to detox properly. Perhaps try doing black currant bud or rubes nigrum gemmo to help support adrenals and energy as the body cant heal itself without adrenal support. Also doing NAC may not always be right for you. if youve taken it a lot or for a longer time you might want to stop that. sulforophane is also something that needs to be taken on an as-needed basis.
If you’re feeling like your skin is bad, i would try chlorophyll fi your practitioner gives you the OK with the protocol youre doing for Lyme. You also may need lots mroe probiotics from the antibiotic course.
Increase soluble fiber and LOTS of water. Dryness in the skin is related to cellular toxicity and omega 3 deficiency. if the cells cant absorb nutrients and fluids easily due to membrane damage you will feel more dry. Pure Encaps pro resolve omega could start to help this however again check with your Lyme doctor if omega 3s can be used right now.
Happy thanksgiving!

KeymasterI cant make recommendations for preemies especially with them being a client/signing consents. However foods that trigger reflux would be nightshades, spicy foods, dairy, fatty foods and caffeine. Other foods can trigger it but these are the main ones you want to avoid. Sorry I cant be of more help with this!
Homeopathics to consider (do not give these unless you’ve check with his doctor/practitioner first):
- Natrum Phos 3X tissue salt helps neutralise acids and aids digestion. you may give this 3 times a day to your baby for 4-6 weeks and if results are encouraging, continue until all symptoms are resolved. dissolve 1 pellet in 1/4 cup water and with a syringe give a COUPLE drops to the baby.
- Magnesium Phos 3X is another tissue salt that helps with cramps, spasm and pain. It works best when administered in warm water and can be given at the same time as the Natrum Phos 3X. Dissolve 1 pellet in 1/4 cup water and with a syringe give a COUPLE drops to the baby.
- Nux vomica 30 is one of the main remedies for reflux with severe bloating, arching and a tight belly. Vomiting. Sour belchings. They seem angry and the pain appears to be in spasms; there may be constipation. Colic in
- Chamomilla 30c is for the baby who is angry, irritable, restless and very sensitive to pain. Wants to be held. Cramps with vomiting. Flatulent colic worse at night. Acid rising, regurgitation of milk/ food. They don’t know what they want, capricious. Wants things but then refuses. Child cries and must be carried to be consoled. Worse when teething. nursing infants from stimulating food taken by mother. This remedy can help detox the effects of medications used during or after the birth and improve digestive function.
- Bryonia 30 suits babies who vomit immediately after feeding. Aversion to milk but relishes it when taken. Worse for warm drinks. Stomach sensitive to touch.

Keymasterblack currant seed oil is very different than the bud. if you can find astragalus you can sub with that instead 🙂
whole dried berries are not going to have the same effect as juniper but will give you some support so you can try that 🙂 You make a tea with them and make sure to simmer them and steep them for a while 🙂

KeymasterHi Michelle,
This might be something I can try and do int he future but definitely don’t have time now unfortunately.
Since you are already on this platform, you can follow the drainage protocols included on this site and pair it with the candida cleanse broken down ins this video: http://holisticspring.org/videos/#foogallery-294/i:52
Hope this helps 🙂

KeymasterHey!
YES animals can greatly benefit from homeopathics! Unfortunately I wouldnt be able to recommend remedies for her as it depends on a lot of factors. There are actually homeopathic vets who deal with this! 🙂
I love giving rescue remedy to pets (there is a pet version) as it is great for literally everything! you can add it to water or directly onto her fur.
Aside from that, usually garlic or apple cider vinegar can work for animals with overgrowth but I am not sure if cats can have those (sorry dont know much about animals except chickens).

KeymasterHey!
I am so sorry to hear he is dealing with that! Unfortunately I cannot legally make recommendations without him being a client especially because he is so little (consent and all that would need to be signed). That being said, ensuring he is getting sufficient omega 3s (DHA and EPA), probiotics, vitamins and minerals through your milk is essential. at this point i recommend he gets it through your breastmilk by you supplementing. You’re doing great! I would add high dose probiotics to your diet along with a greens powder (douglas labs greens and reds) to really bulk up your milk with nutrition.

KeymasterIf there is a specific need for lymphatic massage, as might be present in someone who has had a mastectomy, for example, the timing would be that you would want to first install measures aimed at balancing T cell polarization (typically downregulating Th17 and if needed supporting adequate Th1 response and quieting down excessive Th2 dominance if it’s present). That might take you two weeks to install (Th1 Support and Th2 modulator and balanced Immune and continue to take them when you install the next step/layer, starting in week 3). In week 3, you introduce tolerogenic substances, like curcumin, fish oil, vit D, etc.
Once those first two layers are installed, you’ve got enough protection against autoimmune flare activation (not perfect but much better than not having it), so at that point, if it’s specifically indicated, you can go ahead. hope that helps!Marla Pietruszko
Keymasterkeep me posted!

KeymasterI’ve seen remarkably good results with plaque psoriasis using Th1 Support, Th2 Modulator, and Balanced Immune along with biotherapeutic drainage..
You’ll need to figure out with a practitioner what else is appropriate to the case, of course. That’s likely to include standard things like SPM fish oil, vit D, complete avoidance of problematic foods, etc.The results won’t appear immediately. It will take a solid three months at least to see things start to change. And you’ll need to see what kind of dosing is required (follow bottle dosage unless working with a practitioner). When the biology is very dysregulated (blood sugar, dysbiosis, sleep issues, etc.) you’ll need to handle those as well in order to see the T cell polarization changes make a difference. But what’s common to see is that making all those other changes isn’t sufficient to get the progress to happen until you also address the T cell polarization issues with the supplements listed above.

Keymasteryes they can definitely help but they work slower and sometimes you may experience a detox reaction. But better to do those herbs/remedies than nothing! 🙂
Marla Pietruszko
Keymasterohhhhh yeah that can definitely be the case! Have you tried the ginger peoples ginger tablets? they are like gravel but healthy version. I ca’t give too many recommendations without knowing the whole case. Did you try the Dr. reckeweg supplement?
