I want to start liver cleanse to heal my psoriasis. I am wondering if milk thistle can do any good or it just create more damage to the tissues ?

    Hey!

If you live in North America, I highly recommend doing drainage for the liver with homeopathics using this protocol here (under resources).

You can certainly use milk thistle, burdock, N-acetyl-cystein and choline together for liver support however herbs are much harder on the liver so can cause some burden to that organ initially.

    1. I live in Pakistan. Homeopathy is not that good here 😒 I want know if I could do my liver detox with diet and milk thistle+dandelion tea with some supplements to support liver ? If I use milk thistle alone will it cause any damage ?

I would recommend using milk thistle along with N-acetyl-cysteine and choline. You can find each of these supplements individually and then try taking them together along with your dandelion tea and super clean diet 🙂

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Can I ask a question here that has something to do with this as well? I am in the same position as Sadia is. How long shall I/we do a liver cleanse before the parasite cleanse?</p>

Hello Michelle! Sorry for the late reply, was shut down for the Holiday’s!

If you are doing the drainage protocol included on this website or in my Candida guide (homeopathic drainage) then you can do begin them at the same time. if you are NOT using homeopathics/Gemmotherapy and using herbs and diet instead, I would say 4-6 weeks liver cleanse FIRST then continue with liver and cleanse and add in parasite cleanse 🙂
