Hi!
I am going to start with the candida and parasite cleanse in the beginning of the next year and are just about to figure everything out with the supplements etc. I can not find black currant bud here in Sweden. The only thing I find is black currant seed oil. Can I use it? I do not think it is the same… Is there something other I can just for stimulate the adrenals like black current bud does?
I also can not find juniperus gemmotherapy, only the hole dried berries. Do you think I can use the berries instead?
It is so frustrating that I do not find anything that can help with the support and drainage of the liver and kidneys in Sweden….

black currant seed oil is very different than the bud. if you can find astragalus you can sub with that instead 🙂
whole dried berries are not going to have the same effect as juniper but will give you some support so you can try that 🙂 You make a tea with them and make sure to simmer them and steep them for a while 🙂
