    Hello Marla,

I’m suffering from extreme nausea and some vomiting and been having difficulty eating and keeping food down even though I feel so hungry. Can you make some food/supplement recommendations pls. I’m not feeling well at all. I did get steroid iv and antibiotics

    Thanks,

    Hello!

IS the nausea and all that from side effects of medications at the hospital? Dr. Reckeweg R52 can be used for any type of nausea. Perhaps give it a try and see if it helps? It is Regarded as an acute formula so you can do 5 drops sublingually as an as needed basis, or 20-30 drops in a bottle of water and sip as needed.

It turns out that an iron supplement was making me sick. However, I did have another episode of vomiting last night even though I hadn’t taken any supplements. I do have to leave home everyday and it is not possible for me to rest all day at this point. But if there is anything that could help me keep my food down please let me know as I can barely eat and I am also pumping milk for my baby and hope to start breastfeeding them by next week.

    Thank you!

ohhhhh yeah that can definitely be the case! Have you tried the ginger peoples ginger tablets? they are like gravel but healthy version. I ca’t give too many recommendations without knowing the whole case. Did you try the Dr. reckeweg supplement?
