poor circulation back to the heart! Blood could be pooling in those limbs/organs more than the right. I would increase fiber content, take supplements such as col sterol and perhaps ginger to improve circulation and definitely get your liver, kidneys and cholesterol levels checked!

no if you have estrogen deficiency then you are not dominant you are deficient and need to elevate your estrogen. spearmint helps lower androgens.  i love inositol!

Ioanna yes you have a great grasp on hat you should be working on!

Always check with your practitioner before beginning supplements but I would suggest the following:

    BTD

    -Antifungal

    Th1 support (berberine formula)

    Th2 modulator (perilla formula)

    -Astragalus (th1 support)

    Chlorella (binder)

    M/R/S mushroom formula (medicinal mushrooms)

This seems like  a great starting point! You can follow all the recipes in the candida diet book 🙂 and no antifungals are different than other supplements. you want to be on the same antifungal for 60 days at least. i would take both together if you want or just start with the black walnut 🙂

you do not want to be on NAC or any other supplements too long or too frequently as it can create immune imbalances. its great for a month or 2 then stop unless otherwise advised by your practitioner. NAC makes glutathione.

if youve been on antifungals for 3 months, you ay be ok to stop. You cant take just any antifungal. you need to be on ones that target all different types of pathogens or ones that are specific to the pathogens you have in your gut. Olive leaf and black walnut combination #1 are my favourites but after youve been on those, going forward you either stop antifungals or switch to a specific one for your overgrowth.

    Any rash conditions.

I am not sure why you had those symptoms from collagen. The only time collagen is contraindicated is i you have scerloderma (and a few other conditions) where your body is oveproducing collagen. if it doesnt work for you, dont take it!

histamine is produced for different reasons for everyone so the supplements you need to take depend on the reaction you’re having. Hist reset from pure encapsulations is great for food reactions. Otherwise immune modulation with balanced Immune, Berberine and perilla and NAC is advised.

Eye infection needs immune support! I would do vitamin C, medicinal mushroom, berberine, NAC, etc (TH1 boosting nutrients). As far as they eye infection itself, i would see a doctor if there is irritation, pain, inflammation etc. You wouldnt want the infection to get out of control as it can damage tissue.

Euphrasia homeoapthic is great for irritated eyes as well.

i never suggest taking homeopathics unless they match your symptom profile especially sulfur which is a terrain remedy. clove is extremely cleansing so could be die off reaction. i wouldnt do clove without drainage. hydrogen sulfur is linked to many types of IBS/IBD but still is a result of immune dysregulation and poor vagal tone. if you have sulfur sensitivity, you would need to avoid high sulfur foods but also address the root cause such as restimulating vagal tone, doing candida type cleanse, draining liver and kidneys and immune modulation.

Rosemary, greens and binders should be done 1 hour before or 3 hours after food and supplements. you can take them as long as needed or seasonally.

there are hundreds of supplements that can interact with your hormones so would be impossible for me to list them. you can ask your HN if anything you are taking may disrupt your cycle. It is usually herbs that have that interaction. Late cycles is usually do to estrogen deficiency/androgen excess.

To be honest i am not comfortable discussing my medical procedures as I do view them as private. I share as much as I can but still like to keep some privacy. hope you understand.

the best calcium is from food however yes that calcium form is good. take it with food and can be taken a  few days before and during to reduce cramping but only when paired with magnesium, never alone. i dont usually recommend straight up minerals, instead i suggest a multi and then tissues salts mostly except for certain circumstances. i have everyone on different doses of glutathione depending on their needs. you can overdo it just like every other supplement so recommend talking with your practitioner to get on the right dosage and frequency for you. SOme need it more often than others.

Its best to work with a practitioner to determine which way your immune system is tipped however i have some videos (and blog posts) talking about immune modulation here on this platform. Below are 2 videos you can start with:

nightshades dont need to be avoided during a candida cleanse, only if you have skin issues or autoimmune disease or high histamine. if you tolerate nightshades, there is no harm is having them!

are you allergic to shellfish or seafood? or have a sensitivity to them? Or perhaps your gallbaldder isnt breaking down the fats although this shouldnt cause headaches. Most likely some sort of sensitivity.

Collagen is produced by sulfur and other compounds so there would always be some sulfur in any protein. in regards to whether or not it would be tolerated, you would have to try and see! you could contact the company youre buying from and ask them to send a marine sulfur sample first to try for free.

All SIBO, regardless the type needs biofilm disrupters (mentioned in my blog posts and videos on this platform)…. things such as clove, lemongrass, licorice root, NAC (although this is sulfur-based), black walnut, olive leaf etc are useful. ALso doing TVNS while supplementing with Choline is essential for SIBO and ridding the body of unwanted pathogens. Avoiding peanuts or anything that slows down MMC is crucial too. Hope this helps!
