Yes great news however usually with PCOS the cysts come and go.  yes inositol is great but you need 1 or 2 scoops to balance blood sugar usually.

Did you ever have them come back? I had the ultra sound, not the other test because I am a V. You get what i’m saying. The doctor who did the ultra sound only said I could just do the ultra sound.

ultra sounds are good enough right?

& will do on that!. (:

yes ultrasounds are fine and should catch everything. I had cysts come and go multiple times until i completely changed my lifestyle and cut out sugar, toxins, etc.

really? why did they come and go? was it because you were not fully into the healthy life style? Since my ultra sound says I do not have this means if I continue to eat right, everything you  just mention to kick them out for good, I would not need to worry of them ever coming back again?

^ can you explain a little deep for me on this? I am interested and I want to know, so I am at peace.

Also, for the past 5 months I keep getting my period on the 15th (mostly) or the 11th day or the 16th day. This time nothing, I know stress is a trigger. I have been bloating, and have gain some weight although I am on a low carb diet. Can it be that since I have had a stressful month? Does this happen to you? even now that you are in remission?

If you balance your insulin levels, eat clean, keep inflammation low, sleep right, etc they shouldnt come back however there is no guarantee as PCOS is a life long battle and the smallest bit of stress or pollution could set you off.

Its hard to say why your cycle is late without working with you and diving into it all however certain supplements, stress, intermittent fasting, tough clenases,e tc are some of the many things that could cause your period to be late.

My insulin seems to be normal in labwork, but even though it says that, my insulin tends to feel like a rises before my period but eating siete chips keeps me good hahah and quinoa!

I stopped eating by 9 as before 9:30. I do sleep late and I do the best I can to get myself sleeping by 10:30 i’m always at bed at 11.

May you name here the supplements that can cause late period?

I am mostly on vitamins right now, and few herbs.

I just got my period lol. I have not missed a month, but it looked like it was coming regular then now for some reason this month came in late.

Do you still go for ultra sounds yourself just to make sure the cryst are not there ever since you remission?

I am glad to know I dnt have cryst! I know the secret to keep them away for good. 🙂

    Thank you Marla.

I wanted to add my question in knowing which Calcium supplement is best for PCOS. Is calcium d- glucarate good? If so when is it best to use it? Before my period or during? I know it is different from regular calcium, but should still work maybe the same? And do you advice almost all clients who have low progesterone on this? If so what is the best supplement?

I take nac (half) but as of right now I have been taking glutathione which is helping me so much! It detoxes me quick!

Do you find taking glutathione to be safe once a week every month or not really? note: I do not take the full capsule of gluta. I take only half and yet still feel goooooooood. (: I’ll stop writing and I hope to hear from you soon asap! 😀

there are hundreds of supplements that can interact with your hormones so would be impossible for me to list them. you can ask your HN if anything you are taking may disrupt your cycle. It is usually herbs that have that interaction. Late cycles is usually do to estrogen deficiency/androgen excess.

To be honest i am not comfortable discussing my medical procedures as I do view them as private. I share as much as I can but still like to keep some privacy. hope you understand.

the best calcium is from food however yes that calcium form is good. take it with food and can be taken a  few days before and during to reduce cramping but only when paired with magnesium, never alone. i dont usually recommend straight up minerals, instead i suggest a multi and then tissues salts mostly except for certain circumstances. i have everyone on different doses of glutathione depending on their needs. you can overdo it just like every other supplement so recommend talking with your practitioner to get on the right dosage and frequency for you. SOme need it more often than others.

I will find out so if I am now estrogen deficiency when I have another blood test coming this month. Estrogen deficiency/androgen excess are still known to be estrogen dominance?

I took spearmint tea last month, so far not this month. I know that is an herb. I love it so much! It is good for hormones right. My HN said I can have it, and as you know I am on Vitex. I take it every other day, not everyday. I will ask my HN. I know something is not right.

My insulin goes crazy during these times, but I am so blessed taking inositol really keeps me stable for such a long time! I don’t even take 2 scoops I find it to be to much for me.

& Thank you Marla, I just love asking questions because at the same time I am learning and even bettering myself as I learn. 😀

no if you have estrogen deficiency then you are not dominant you are deficient and need to elevate your estrogen. spearmint helps lower androgens.  i love inositol!

    I got it, okay. (:

W hat do you mean by multi? As in vitamin?   tissues salts are safe and side effect free? If so, what would be the best for teeth, skin, pcos, gut etc?

Spearmint is amazing, and i take it few time each month!.

I hope my message was sent ^^^ I love to hear back from you.(:

& adding more it is safe to have spearmint tea like not daily but lets say 7 times a month?

what is the right range of days in that month to get period? after 27 days or 29? like for example: I got my period on May 31 and it finished June 6. so for this month would it come July 6th?

    I hope I make sense (: TY!

yes multivitamin. Tissue salts are side effect free but only when taken for the right reasons. you can take certain salts with certain conditions. The tissue salts have main actions and then secondary actions. the possibilities are endless for which salts you should be on depending on your symptoms.

For teeth the best would be calc fluor and calc carb. Spearmint is a food herb so can be taken as needed.

a normal cycle is anywhere between 25 and 35 days.

Oh okay, I checked out those two tissue salts and I see they work for other parts of the body as well.

In general as in whatever condition a person has is safe to take one of those two above you mention?

Any tissue salts great for lymphatic drainage?

Making sure I start my count to day 1 to know when my period comes ones I finish my full week of it?

    ty!(:
