you want to start with really small doses when you have gastritis as your stomach will be very sensitive to the alcohol in the remedies and the herbs. do half dose of what you’re doing currently and then add in things like aloe vera gel and marshmallow root (away from your supplements) to soothe. Also make sure youre doing TVNS too!

For meals, stick to light and soothing things like broths, smoothies, steamed veggies and slow cooked proteins/soft fish.

Gastritis will improve once you fix your MMC (see my blog post on this), relax the stomach and rebuild your mucous membranes.

yes good idea to have on hand.

I mentioned several times that you dont want to be on ANY supplement longterm so for now it may be fine to take berberine daily but like any other supplement, shouldnt be done longterm.

onion is fine if you tolerate it fine!

Yes you can take chaga and astragalus together. I havent taken anyone off the waitlist in a while as we havent had any cancellations! IM also cutting back on my hours with consulting as I am working 65 hours+ per week and it is too much, Im down to 30 hours every week of consulting and then 20 hours of emails, social media, business stuff etc the rest of the time so that also slows down the waitlist time unfortunately.

herbs should always be checked by your practitioner before consuming. the length of time you’re on a remedy depends on your health status so it really depends and vary person to person. usually 8 weeks is the general recommendation and then time to switch.

Rosemary, Ascorbyl is used for SO many situations that require antioxidant support.

Hi Danielle, Unfortunately I do not know whether or not this would cause any issues with achieveing pregnancy. I havent really delved into this topic so my opinions shouldn’t be given in this situation. I imagine you could speak with your doctor to find out the safety of this while trying to conceieve. Sorry I cant be of more help!.

    Yes they are GREAT!

I love corvalen by douglas labs for muscle function: https://puremarket.ca/products/douglas-labs-corvalen-m?_pos=4&_sid=a56e9f0d5&_ss=r

Also magnesium epsom baths regularly and stretching after EVERY workout is also so important!

Lastly, foam rolling feels amazing and helps to loosen the muscles and triggers new muscle fiber growth.

    congratulations!!

if youre feeling tightness in the chest you probably are having a sensitivity reaction so avoid those foods (ie collagen) for now. yes bromelain and quercetin are good together.

evening primrose is for progesterone and vitex for estrogen so they are different.

if youre deficient in choline you should be on it daily for a little while. if you have sufficient amounts, then you dont need to supplement.

omega 3 can be take with anything else.

Congrats on finishing finals! So exciting 🙂 if you have signs of dysbiosis you should remain on antifugnals if your practitioner advises. you shouldnt eat too much fruit or starch if trying to clear pathogens. again, you dont want to be on ANY supplement for a long time.

yes you could have a histamine reaction to collagen and yes once you modulate immunity and reverse food sensitivities you can have it again most likely.

im not sure what supplement youd like to be suggested? NAC and glutathione are the only ones that do what they do. YOu can take too much of any nutrient so always follow bottle dosage and only take if you have a need for the supplement. You dont need to be on antifungals for 6 months straight. I suggest 90 days then take a break and if infection returns then begin again. glad your digestion is better!  yes cal mag is good when needed 🙂

if you have elevated IgE, it is not an indication of biofilms however if you have asthma, any recurring infections and SIBO you most likely have some sort of biofilms/dysbiosis. I would try lemongrass essential oil (only high quality – Young living or Ancient nutrition) and clove essential oil and pair it with NAC and antifungals. Take these for 1 month minimum and see how you feel. that being said, always check with your practitioner before ingesting oils or taking supplements! do not take curcumin during a candida cleanse or while trying to disrupt biofilms.
