    Hey Monika,

Sorry for the delay, I didnt see this post as it was posted as a new tab! i reposted it to the digestion section 🙂

Acid reflux is typically coming from an underactive stomach. This gets triggered by underactive thyroid (the thyroid regulates the stomach acid secretion) as well as poor vagal motor outflow (which gets triggered by chronic stress, concussions, and inflammation) and elevated stress (stress decreases blood flow to the gut so impairs digestion). There is more to it but this is the basic starting point.

Typically, you would want to boost stomach acid (as long as there are no ulcers/hiatal hernia) with thing like betaine hcl and Apple cider vinegar. You would also want to support the thyroid if it is underactive and start transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation.

Unfortunately, all alcohols are highly damaging to the stomach and gut so there aren’t any I could recommend. Especially if the person is diabetic, alcohol is extremely detrimental.

This video explains more about the stomach: http://holisticspring.org/videos/#foogallery-294/i:61

    Hope this helps!

    Hey!

So I cant give specifics without her being a client but typically doing drainage first is good if she hasnt ever cleansed before then after 4 weeks on drainage she can incorporate a cleanse. She could try the candida cleanse after doing 4 weeks of BTD and then continue the BTD alongside the candida cleanse 🙂

Hey Rebecca, thanks for joining and thanks for your post!

First, I am so sorry to hear about all your health issues! Unfortunately black mold is very commonly the trigger for chronic issues.  When we have so much inflammation, toxicity, imbalances, deficiencies, etc it is very common for our lymphatic system to become sluggish. WHile normally, we don’t want it to be sluggish and we want it flowing, in cases of chronic illness, having it remain sluggish means less inflammation, histamine and inflammaotry cytokines moving throughout the body damaging tissues and causing more inflammaiton… so technically it is a good thing for it to be sluggish, at least until our body is detoxified, de-inflamed and more regualted, When we stimulate the lymph WITHOUT making sure we have proper support for elimination (liver, kidneys, lungs, bowels, colon, etc) we essentially are stimulating our immune system and moving toxins and inflammatory molecules throughout the body with no exit sight so they damage and inflame our system and will continue to do so until they redeposit back into our tissue/lymph nodes.

I never recommend lymphatic stimulation of any kind (supplementally, massage, ice baths, etc) UNTIL your body is prepared. So with that information a few recommendations I could give (which may or may not work for you… it really depends a lot on your health history) are:

*Please check with your doctor before supplementing/practitioner*

    1. Taking activated charcoal or some binder to soak up the toxicity

    2.  Take high dose curcumin to shut down inflammation temporarily to calm the body

    3. Take DAO enzymes to break down histamine

    4. Start incorporating liver and kidney drainage with Juniperus Gemmo and UNDA #s (see biotherapeutic drainage protocol under resources Tab)

    Hope this helps!

Zeolite is great, that being said, i dont recommend using it unless the liver and kidneys are being supported with drainage. I find activated charcoal or fulvic acid/shilajit is something I prefer to use over zeolite personally. I havent used zeolite in YEARs so i dont have a favourite brand and actually am not sure what is out in the market right now. This one seems ok! https://www.amazon.ca/Capsules-Clinoptilolite-Activated-Less-Than-Heiltropfen%C2%AE/dp/B0968XT9YS/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=1YY6N410Z2XBK&keywords=zeolite&qid=1687818170&sprefix=zeolit%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1

not necessarily! The formation of an allergy comes strictly from histamine and inflammation in the gut. If removing certain inflammatory foods helps to lower gut inflammation, then oral tolerance will be better when you re-introduce them.

Probably not for gout to be honest 🙁 Have her try soaking her foot in warm water with lots of epsom salts and helichrysum essential oil and see if that relieves pain for a bit.

I would recommend muccococnium homeopathic from UNDA, and humidifiers in the home, and you can do 1 drop Imu-gen daily for him

    Hello,

It will depend on your baby’s sensitivity level but the best first foods are usually coconut oil, avocado, buckwheat porridge, pureed pears, apples and squash!

Hey Trea, welcome! anytime someone has eczema, there is usually underlying dysbiosois in the gut. Some of my go-to supplements for eczema to bring some relief while you work on the root cause is Genestra Al-gen, Pure Encapsulations Liposomal glutathione, and pau darco tincture or Genestra fungisode for antifungal. For food sensitivities, Sunbutyrate may be beneficial.

I’d recommend starting off by watching these videos below on some starting points!

    Hello,

gout is caused by acidity in the body so alkalizing the body is what is needed  in order to reverse it. In terms of immediate relief, unfortunately holistic medicine doesnt bring about any immediate relief as it addresses the ROOT cause which therefore takes time. The root cause for gout is begins with poor liver and more importantly kidney elimination and function so doing kidney and liver drainage is an essential starting point. The kidneys are another very important organ for detoxification that can quickly become overloaded. Kidneys eliminate acids/crystal’s which are mainly eliminated through urine. However the skin can push out excess crystals through sweating as well. If a person is not sweating well, the kidneys will have a higher burden as the acidic toxins/crystals are pushed towards the bladder for elimination. If you cannot eliminate acids frequently, they build up causing eczema, itching, pus formations, kidney stones, gout, arthritis, etc.

I’d recommend she cuts out ALL sugar (including natural sweeteners and sugary fruit and starchy carbs) and increase water consumption. she can also take chlorophyll daily to alkalize and apple cider vinegar or lemon every morning in water. Lastly, she can begin Biotherapeutic drainage protocol for 8 weeks to begin gently eliminating. If she needs more support I would advise she works with a practitioner.

    • mold detox
    • liver detox
    • Pure Encapsulations brain reset

Hope this helps! let me know if you have further questions!

    Hello,

homeopathy can help at all stages of life (the mother would take it to pass it on to the baby) and may be useful here for lymphatic support although it cant alter DNA.

Hey sorry I am not sure why I wasnt notified of this question!

Dry eyes could be poor circulation, lack of vitamin E, omegas, dehydration, etc.

gluey tears is toxicity, usually relating to liver and kidneys. I am not sure about the relation to contacts and how that works sorry.

id recommend try some healthy oils (flax, hemp, fish) but make sure you have glutathione status. Also talk with your doc about vitamin e. and there is a remedy called ocugen from genestra that supports eye health.
