    Hello Marla,

Is it true that eliminating foods and then re-introducing then increases the chance of a sensitivity turning into an allergy?

    thanks

not necessarily! The formation of an allergy comes strictly from histamine and inflammation in the gut. If removing certain inflammatory foods helps to lower gut inflammation, then oral tolerance will be better when you re-introduce them.
