    Hey Marla!

Do you have any thoughts for dry eyes? My guesses from what I’ve learned is low omega 3? Im sure someone else might have asked on the forum already but my iPhone won’t let me search key words. My mom had to stop wearing contacts in her 20s because of dry eyes. The last year, specifically the last couple months, have been terrible. It’s also like my tears are destroying my contacts too. I used to be able to go a month + with one pair, now I’m lucky to get 2 weeks out of it. It’s like they get foggy and gloopy, even cleaning them super well and there’s nothing on the contacts when I put them in my eyes. But when I switch to a new pair, it’s ok for a little bit again. Can Lyme or autoimmune be hard on contacts? Every time I mention to the eye doctor they don’t have any good tips or just dismiss it. Thanks Marla!!

Hey sorry I am not sure why I wasnt notified of this question!

Dry eyes could be poor circulation, lack of vitamin E, omegas, dehydration, etc.

gluey tears is toxicity, usually relating to liver and kidneys. I am not sure about the relation to contacts and how that works sorry.

id recommend try some healthy oils (flax, hemp, fish) but make sure you have glutathione status. Also talk with your doc about vitamin e. and there is a remedy called ocugen from genestra that supports eye health.
