KeymasterYes strawberry is OK! Yes Siete wraps are OK too! I would avoid ALL dairy on the candida cleanse including goat.

KeymasterIn the initial times (first month or 2) I would advise against as they are still starchy however once you have done a good couple months of strictly low-carb, you can probably incorporate some cassava products without issues, unless you have extreme overgrowth.

KeymasterTouching the pill removes the content of the the homeopathics (which is on the surface) to your hands rather than your mouth. Popping it directly in the mouth ensure the content will reach the blood stream.

KeymasterYou shouldnt do both chlorella and chlorophyll as that is overkill.
NAC converts into glutathione but most people can’t convert it well so i recommend both. M/R/S balances the immune system.

KeymasterYou can take enzymes but not at the same time as UNDAS as those have to be AWAY from all food and supps. GI fortify is not an enzyme. Yes you can do chlorophyll too but again not near the homeopathics.

Keymasterabsolutely NOT! homeopathics are diluted so much that there are no remnants of heavy metals, plants or anything else used… only the energies remain which helps to gently stimulate the body to rebalance.

Keymaster99.9% of my clients do all three together, 1 after the other, for the best results. however I do have a few clients who have extreme toxicity who take them together but at a tiny dose. With UNDAs though, we never choose different remedies form completely different systems.
buckwheat, quinoa, millet, lentils, jicama, etc but again, if you are working with a nutritionist, I would check with her to see what carbs are best for you and the protocols that you are on right now.
